Murphy Larkin Timber Products Reviews

Perfect service and I’m very happy with my new door.

Brilliant service by all the team at Murphy Larkin. Extremely prompt delivery, quality products and excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Many thanks

Product was exactly as described and very well packaged for delivery. Shipped promptly and was at my door even before I needed it. Appreciated that they contacted me to let me know shipping time and when I could expect it and to check that everything was good. Will order from them again

Good product, quick delivery

Great service, delivered my product on the day I needed it. Would highly recommend.

This was a very small order.
Only €10 and €10 courier.
I got a phone call the day after I posted the order online. Was it a 3inch or a 2.5 inch. I hadn't a clue..it was for my son's house. He discussed the situation with me and eventually offered that it would probably be the 2.5 inch as it was the most purchased item. He was right, it was perfect. He went to all this trouble to sort me out for €10 euros. My previous experience with this company was similarly excellent. Care and service not easily found today. Full recommendation.

Great product, easy to order online. Received an unprompted follow up call to ensure all was good.

I ordered pre finished skirting board for the second time in a few months, and both times have been very impressed with the level of service and the quality of product. I would have no hesitation in recommending Murphy Larkin.

I ordered from abroad. Larkin contacted me several times by phone unsolicited, providing helpful questions and excellent advice. I am very satisfied with their service and client-oriented aproach

My order arrived promptly. There was a follow up call from Mr Murphy to check I had received my order and all was well. I really appreciated this.
Product was exactly as described.

I am a returning customer. Bought some skirting and delivered to Donegal. Had a couple of courtesy calls to advise of delivery times and also to follow up post delivery. Top customer service as always. Very genuine. Good product and price too.

Ordered online prompt response good customer service. Door delivery promot, staff very helpful on delivery

Fast delivery from purchase to delivery was 2 days. Followed by a call from customer service to see if i had received the item and offering any help if I needed it. Excellent customer relationship management from this company.

Highly recommend these guys. Recently purchased internal doors for downstairs, along with architrave, hinges and handles too. They were very informative in the shop, really easy to deal with. Their delivery was within a week, which was really fast. I then needed to order frames a few weeks after, which was not planned, but again the team were great to deal with over the phone and on their live chat!! Because I couldn’t make it to the shop to collect and the team didn’t have a driver coming to Cork in the coming days, the team organised a courier, the extra charge was minimal for this. The frames arrived within 2 days, extremely packed and secured so no damage could occur. To top their service off, John then gave a follow up call from the shop to make sure all was right with our delivery. Top notch, we will be back for our upstairs internal doors soon 😁

Very good customer service would highly recommend 👍

Followed up delivery with a phone call to check everything was ok, excellent customer service

Great products, prices, service was excellent, delivery was fast and before and after delivery call to ensure all arrived safely.

Easy to order, great quality and best price.

The experience was very pain free from start to finish. The staff in both the Clonmel showroom and the Tramore showroom were very helpful and aided me in picking the right skirting and also answering my questions about doors. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Good prices on products that are more expensive in many other shops, very fast delivery.
