Fantastic equipment and customer service. I recently bought a folding rack and weights/bench set. The kit itself is brilliant, feels very high quality, professional like for the money.

I had a couple of questions during set up, and customer service were very quick to reply and solve my issue (with a pulley).

Would happily recommend and will use again in the future.

Bought a couple of things over the last month. A smith machine attachment for my phase 3 rack and an Olympic weight plate stand. Both fantastic quality. Great service and I’ll no doubt order again.

From start to install they kept in communication while the multi gym was on order then the 2 lads who installed were very polite professional and respectful

Cannot recommend

I bought pair of 25kg Muscle Squad adjustable dumbells during covid in 2020. I'm still using them for my workouts, they are very good quality.
Bought Everlast brand before these and they both broke within one year.
I'm using Muscle Squad 3-4 times a week for 6 years now and no single fault.

I orderd the Multi Functional Trainer, arrived on time, my 16 yr old son put it all together for me by himself he said it was just like a giant lego set! Although he did need help with anything that needed holding overhead. I am really really plseaed with the kit, really solid peice of kit so many different exercises. Really cant thank you enough!!!

I rarely bother to write reviews but seeing as I have just been working with MuscleSquad for my new gym and I have been so impressed, I really wanted to call them out for helping me so much!

I have been in the process of building a gym attachment to my business and I reached out to MuscleSquad for some advice, as there are so many different options and I really srtuggled with some other companies to get answers I needed. After speaking to a few members of the team and even visiting their showroom to try out the equipment myself, they helped design and a plan a set up that has been perfect for me. They even arranged an install team to put it all together for me.

I'm really happy with the equipment which looks and feels so premium and they even managed to move my install around after I had some issues with plumbing, which meant I could get things sorted ready for them to come.

I have gone for a customised Phase 4 set up, which suits my customer's needs perfectly and I never expected that I would be able to have something made just for me!

I already have another order for more equipment placed with MuscleSquad and I will be using them for all my future needs! Thanks MuscleSquad and thanks for putting up with my many tos and fros!

I've had my Phase 3 squat rack and cable system for about a year, and it's not something I'd buy again, for multiple reasons:

1. It's poorly made. The cable caddy scuffs the uprights (which are all rusty inside), and no matter how much I tighten it, it always rocks in a way that feels incredibly cheap.

2. They call it "modular", yet you cannot purchase extras of any kind. You can't buy extra uprights or crossmembers to create a rig of any sort, so how exactly is it "modular"? It's not.

3. The welding is terrible. The screw holes on the crossmembers are so tight to the base plate that the bolts don't even fit on because the welds are too high, meaning you have to force the bolts on at an angle and just grind the wrench into the bolt.

4. The steel is 2.5mm, and on 75mm posts, this shows. All of my posts have indentations at the bolts where the metal has warped inwards, despite tightening with a torque wrench. 75mm should be 3mm minimum. It's a cost cutting measure by them, and the customer is the one who pays down the line.

5. And this is the thing that gets them one star. I just this second learned that my entire rack system that I spent £3000 on is now completely obsolete, and I'll never be able to get replacement parts for it, or upgrade it, because MuscleSquad have apparently discontinued the entire Phase 3 product line and are replacing it with something new that isn't compatible with any of the 12 month old equipment I spent thousands of pounds on.

6. This is a small one, but it just highlights the poor workmanship of their product line.. MY dip attachment is misaligned by about 10 degrees. It doesn't affect the use of it at all, but it feels so cheap when you're using it, because you're ofset from the squat rack and it just feels completely wonky. It's that same feeling you get if you lay on a bench press, but the bench isn't aligned with the rack perfectly. It's jarring and feels wrong. The dip bar is noticeably wonky when attached, it's impossible not to see it.

I will never purchase a single thing from this company again on this basis.

They also do that really irritating thing of upping the prices and then putting on a "sale" and discounting things down to the original price.

MuscleSquad products initially look good, (partly because their fake product renders show everything with black bolts, but you just get normal mental in the packaging), but when you've owned them and compared them to other products by similar companies, you'll come away feeling like you made a bit of a mistake purchasing. Especially now the product doesn't even exist in their inventory anymore

The money you save over competitors isn't money saved. You end up losing out because you'll have an inferior product.

I'll upgrade my gym in a few years, and I won't consider MuscleSquad for even a second.
