I ordered these speakers from a company called Beatcontrol first and I had to suffer for almost 1 whole month because their delivery service (DPD) was absolutely rubbish. I was supposed to finish mixing my song more than a month ago but thanks to Beatcontrol I missed all my deadlines and fell way behind schedule.

Sick and tired of calling again and again, I called music on my PC and placed my order. The speakers got delivered the next day! I was and still am very angry with Beatcontrol for causing me so much pain and inconvenience. If you dont want to torture yourself to death then dont order from Beatcontrol. Music on my PC is very effective and professional.

As far as the monitors go, I love them, I cant compare them to anything else as these are my first monitor speakers, but they sound really really good with a great balance between Bass, Mid and Treble.

Quick easy to use website, with clear pricing. My order was processed the same day and arrived within a couple of days. Really fast, simple and easy to use. Simple payment options that I felt I could trust.

I have twice dealt with Music on my PC for items re the Sibelius music writing programme which I use for my arrangements and on both occasions - ordered one day and delivered the next as promised - certainly they work with great 'Presto' and a pleasure to deal with that business.

I bought an Alesis i04 from music on my pc, it was freepost and arrived the next day, unfortunately it was faulty so i emailed Jane there and she said no problem at all, as soon as we get it back we can test it for you and send a replacement.. i needed the product really quickly so I said I would purchase another one if they could refund for the faulty one.
This i done and delivery was really fast again.
I posted the old one and within hours of receiving it they had refunded my money and postage.
we all know things can be faulty and its how that is dealt with.that usually causes upset. Well I cannot fault this company they were outstanding in their customer service.

Music On My PC is a friendly trustworthy business. Jane who I spoke with understood what I was looking for straight away, provided fast clear answers and helpoed to recommend the correct microphone I needed.
The equipment itself was a good price, provides excellent sound quality and was delivered incredibly fast. I definitely recommend this company to others. First rate.

Jane really knows about customer care and service. I got an Axiom pro 49 off her a few years ago that got damaged during transit and she immediately sent out a new one and arranged for the collection of the old one. How often can you say that of small companies? With Thomann they have you jumping through hoops and can take weeks to get things sorted out. So much for the "personal touch" there Thomann.
Musiconmypc don't have the most extensive store, but you can always drop Jane an email and she'll order it in for you and at a great price. I just got a new Axiom Air 61 the other day and it's perfect. It's so new most DAWs don't support Hyper control for it. Jane told me she'd tell M-Audio to get their finger out and make sure to implement it as soon as possible. I love that.
Even though it wasn't in their store, Jane ordered it in especially for me, and because I was a returning customer, she gave me a great deal on it. How's that for customer loyalty? Even after a gap of 4 years or so she still remembered me. I think I'm in love ;o)
I just hope Jane and her company go onto bigger and better things. Mainly because she is such a nice person and really cares about her customers.

The service I received from Music On My PC has exceeded my expectations! Not an overstatement, just telling it like it was for me.
I was thinking about buying the highly-regarded Finale software amongst other things and needed some answers to a few questions before making my final decision. I knew that this company stocked the product because I'd seen it on their website so I decided I'd send them an email to ask them what I needed to know.
I fully expected it to take a day or two to get a reply which is a reasonable expectation to have I think, but I wasn't quite prepared for the super-efficient response I actually received!
I sent my email query to Music On My PC at 11.39am on Tuesday morning and received a reply with my questions answered at 11.48am - just nine minutes later!
Included in the reply was a link for me to order directly from the email should I decide to buy. I did decide to purchase and the link took me to the correct page on the website where it took me only moments to complete the process.
I had a further email from them that afternoon saying that my goods had been dispatched, complete with tracking link.
My goods arrived by lunchtime the next day which completed the process for me.
Jane and those involved in my order at Music On My PC have done themselves proud as far as my experience is concerned and they deserve five stars. Just in case anyone was wondering, the price I paid for my goods was the cheapest available online which was an added bonus on top of the genuine customer service effort the guys put in. There's no question they tried very hard for me and I'm sure they try the same for all their customers so I can recommend them without hesitation.

I searched all over the web in the UK to find the best price and Music On My PC were the ones.
I hit the buy button and the package was with me in 2 days.

I would highly recommend Music On My PC as a future supplier of products. I purchased Sibelius 7 from them, already had Version 2 and needed questions answered before commiting to a purchase. Did transaction over the phone as I had some questions first. Polite and knowledgeable person, answered my queries straight away. Smooth process for purchase and the goods arrived by Royal Mail next day. Cannot fault this and will definitely use them again.

My software was delivered in less than 24hrs, idon't think that can be bettered. Band in a box 2013 is so comprehensive I have only beeen able to scratch the surface. Totally satisfied.

Only one problem for me : the open hours to call. When you work, it's difficult to call before 6 pm. But once we have you on the phone, great service ! :)

When I finally got round to deciding the keyboard was not to my liking, I emailed and was offered an alternative model which was sent right away. A refund was made immediately they received the returned keyboard, as I had paid for replacement. This is first class service without a doubt.

This site is great, I've ordered a guitar-to-PC line jack cable for recording my bass guitar on my PC, and it's exceeded my expectations, there's been no issue with delivery, it was quick and smooth, done and dusted within a week. The cable works perfectly and I have no issues with how it works or how it was packaged. All in all; Fantastic.

Very absorbing program, it will really help my composition skills. I love being able to try out the different backing tracks and chords. Wish there were more hours in the day, I might get addicted

I returned the first mic. that I ordered because of a mistake on my part (I thought, wrongly, that it had a usb connection for my PC). Then I ordered one that DID have a usb connection, only to change my mind after reading the reviews for the Meteor mic. which I eventually opted for. The staff of MusicForMyPC were patient and obliging during this time.

Purchased a pedal for my keyboard which arrived promptly but not functioning. Contacted customer service and a replacement was despatched same day. Service of this standard isn't something to expect these days, but I would recommend shopping here as a retailer should be judged on their reaction to issues.
