For the last year I have been requesting for videos of 2 water pumps that I donated and callbacks and still yet no callbacks and for this reason I will not use this company or contribute towards any donations. Really disappointed and I don’t think it’s worthy from my experience hugs sharing becaue I have doubts. Thank you

I have donated tens of thousands of pounds to Muslim Hands over the past few years. I recently needed help with a HMRC issue and sent them an email requesting assistance. I also phoned the office twice asking the person who answered to ask for someone appropriate to call me. It is now almost one month and no reply to my email or phone calls. As a result, I have decided to give my donations to another charity.

I recently contacted Muslim Hands regarding a donation and certificate request, and the team—especially Wasim—was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He explained everything clearly, guided me step by step, and ensured that my request would be completed properly.

It’s refreshing to see a charity that not only delivers aid but also provides such warm, personal support to donors. May Allah (SWT) reward the entire team at Muslim Hands for their sincerity, kindness, and ongoing efforts to help those in need.

Highly recommended — a truly trustworthy and compassionate organisation.

Many thanks to this organization who has given me options to give/pay my zakat.The staff is quite responsive and will give me an updated report on the finished product.In any organization,there will be some challenges but at the end of the day ,the intention of doing good for the sake of ALLAH supersedes everything.May ALLAH reward and accept the good deeds of all the donors and team from Muslim Hands and reward us with Jannatul Firdaus.Aamiin.

Hi, Just want to start off by saying a big thank you to Nottingham Open Kitchen Imran/Zak & team, could not recommend enough. Has been an absolute major help to my place of work. Housing for up to twenty-one residents. The open kitchen has welcomed and provided meals for all the residents throughout the week. We are extremely grateful for the kindness and thoughtful offerings. Service users struggle to afford daily meals with little money they have so "Open Kitchen Nottingham" really have given hope with their very generous charitable help.

Hi Guys at the open Kitchen, just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for sending us the meals you make, they all taste beautiful and are cooked to perfection. The residents we have here don’t have much, if anything at all and see this as I life line if they are struggling to afford food. All the food you have sent today has been eaten by the residents and they also want me to thank you for being so thoughtful and making such delicious food

Myself and my family members have donated for various projects with Muslim Hands, and have found them to be very reliable and trust worthy. For years I have sponsored children, and always I will receive prompt yearly reports for these children. Recently i had a query regarding one of my sponsored orphans, the member if staff there, was very helpful, looked into everything again very promptly, keeping me informed via email, very impressed alhumdullilah. We have had water wells, olive trees planted, in Ramadan we have donated towards the quran recital, donated towards the Masjid Al Aqsa speaker system etc, always receiving prompt feedback. So overall extremely satisfied with Muslim Hands and more than happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Muslim Hands is the worse organization to work for. Colleagues are unfriendly and they have attitude with people who ask for assistance. Managers treat staff poorly.Disgusting for Muslims!They work each other out of the organization. To the dozens of people who worked there and left because of being bullied!!!. Countless people. What a shame. You need to close down.Donors will soon learn to know what you are doing!!!

Please do not give your money to this charity. I have made numerous calls and sent emails regarding a large amount of money given for the Alaqsa lighting project . No responses and they just fob you off. I have in the past given money to for so many projects but unfortunately will not be giving muslim hands anything. This charity doesn't even deserve 1* I would give it zero.

I've been supporting Muslim Hands for many years, and I can confidently say they are one of the most honest and trustworthy charities out there. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been handled with professionalism and politeness, which really makes a difference when you’re choosing who to donate through.

What truly sets them apart is the amazing work they do around the world. Their projects are impactful and well thought out, and you can genuinely see the positive difference they’re making in people’s lives.

I recently donated towards a tube well, and I was so impressed by the follow-up. I received a detailed report that included clear information and photos, showing exactly how the donation was used and who it benefitted. It was respectful, transparent, and incredibly encouraging to see the outcome.

Muslims Hands is my go to charity for many years. Excellent charity that I have contributed to several building charity projects. They have always been good in feedback in delivery of those projects.

For over 5 years Muslim Hands has been a charity that we trust and recommend to others for their sadqah, zakah and donations. There are a variety of options such as planting olive trees, feeding the poor, sacrifice, building wells. Feedback is timely, and they always respond to queries and follow ups. Even during covid 19 all donations were completed for wells in their respective locations with authentic feedback reports and customised plaques. Since my experience has always been seamless, I do recommend this charity to friends and family and they have been satisfied.
When donating to different countries and locations please keep in mind that operations differ in global locations.
On one occasion a feedback report went to a junk mail option for a relative, however on follow-up it was retrieved within the hour and all timeliness for well completion were on cue. So ensure you check the junk mail option in the case you have not recieved confirmation.

Overall good experience building a borehole. Final report received and all work carried out as expected. Word definitely use again
