Appalling after-sales service confirmed...
Based upon my last review this company replied asking for my contact details - admitting that they have a problem with image production/quality and claiming it is a priority for them. They are/were (apparently) very keen to understand and resolve my problem. So keen in fact that two days after their super-caring message - I have zero contact/communication from them; confirming my point that - as well as poor products - they have appalling customer after-care service i.e. submit a public response - and then do NOTHING. Another Corporate hiding behind a completely superficial caring image and pointless processes - with no genuine or authentic desire to resolve anything. AVOID!

Good product but slow delivery.
While the actual product is good the lenght of time to produce and deliver was far too long. Tracking not updated for days and no idea when it was going to turn so I could ensure someone was going to be home. Wouldn't use again and will go back to my old supplier who is more reliable.
