Very disappointed with this company. The bag material was extremely rough, and the bag arrived badly creased and much smaller than I expected. It had been so tightly crunched during packaging that the creases simply would not come out. When I contacted the company to request a replacement or refund, they refused and said the creasing was simply part of the packaging. I explained that using a softer, more suitable material would help prevent this issue, but they still refused to replace the bag. Unfortunately, I’m very unhappy with both the product and the customer service. I would not shop with this company again and cannot recommend them.

We'd like to clarify that the backpack itself was not found to have a fault. As the bags are packaged and sent empty, they can naturally arrive with some creasing from transit and packaging, particularly before they have been filled and used. Once the bag is filled, it will take on its intended shape.
