Our overall experience with My Fitted Bedroom was excellent - from the initial contact with the sales person, the surveyor and then the fitter. Also the office team who were in contact with me throughout the process to organise delivery and fitting dates were brilliant. The final product (wardrobe fitted into space between chimney breast and wall, dressing/table desk, and shelves) in our daughter's bedroom looks fabulous. They have lost 1 star because I was disappointed about the depth of the wardrobe drawers - only 400ml (which is standard for a chest of drawers) but our ask was to maximize the space for storage and the drawers could easily have been deeper since there is a big void behind them. We didn't realise until the fitter has put them in and when we queried it, he told us that the company only do drawers at that depth. I appreciate that this was shown on our plans, but I hadn't fully appreciated it until seeing the actual drawers. It just means our daughter has less storage space for her clothes than we would like. So my advice would be to check every measurement on your plans carefully to ensure it is what you want. I guess also that to get a fully custom piece, with deeper drawers, we would have had to pay more. I do think My Fitted Bedroom are excellent value for money and all our interactions with the company and their staff was excellent. So I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Completed to a great standard, my only concern was when I received my mattress the bedside table was really Lowe. I can hardly reach it

I had fitted wardrobes done last year and this year I had some more cupboards added to my dining room. They were done in a day and look fabulous!

We’re absolutely delighted with our new fitted bedroom wardrobes from My Fitted Bedroom. From the initial design appointment through to installation, the service was excellent throughout.
The designer was professional, thorough, and full of helpful suggestions to maximise our space and keep everything organised. The surveyor carefully double-checked all measurements and confirmed a quick delivery and fitting date, which was really reassuring.
The installation team were fantastic — precise, tidy, and highly professional. They even finished ahead of schedule, meaning we could start using the wardrobes and getting organised straight away.
Any questions or queries we had along the way were answered the very same day, and throughout the whole process we felt completely confident that our order was in safe and professional hands. We would highly recommend My Fitted Bedroom.

If you want to lose access to your bedroom for six months, have your skirting boards removed without permission, and end up with no fitted wardrobes at the end of it, this is the company for you.
Our experience initially started well. The salesperson who visited in October was helpful and professional, checked in on minor details, and made us feel heard and reassured that the process would run smoothly. Delivery was scheduled for the end of November, which is when we had to vacate our bedroom.
Unfortunately, from that point onwards, the experience became extremely stressful and unsuccessful.
The first installation was delayed after the fitter cancelled the first day. We were then informed part-way through fitting that the design would need to be changed due to measurement and technical issues that had already been raised during the design and surveying stages.
The workmanship from the first installation was extremely poor. We raised concerns during the fitting and were reassured by the installations manager that the wardrobes would be completed to a high standard. However, the finished result included poor joins, uneven panels, silicone applied over dirt, badly cut sections, visible defects, and even a screw through one of the panels.
The fitter was repeatedly late without notice, left mess in our bathroom, dirtied personal belongings, and made inappropriate comments within our home. This included suggesting that one of us “had OCD” for wanting the wardrobes to match. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and contributed to us feeling uneasy in our own home during the installation process.
The fitter also completed the “are you happy” sign-off sheet himself.
We submitted over 20 photographs of issues to the installations manager. Due to the Christmas period and snow, the installations manager was unable to visit until the middle of January, when he came to inspect the wardrobes himself. During this visit, he agreed that the quality was not acceptable and also informed us that the wardrobes had been made at two different widths.
We were reassured the situation would be rectified and agreed to a full refit.
A second installation then took place in February, but unfortunately resulted in similar quality issues, and the fitter also damaged our property by removing part of our skirting boards without permission. We ultimately submitted over 100 photographs and requested a refund.
Senior management asked to speak with us directly, but during those discussions we felt our concerns were often minimised rather than fully acknowledged. At one stage, we were told the quality issues may have been affected by personal circumstances involving the fitter, whilst other concerns were dismissed as being due to photographs being “zoomed in”.
Comments were also made suggesting that we were “lucky” to be speaking directly with senior management and that they had “other customers to deal with”, despite having over a month to arrange our refund, which was still delayed. This left us feeling that the seriousness of the workmanship issues and the impact the situation had on us was not being properly recognised.
Although it was agreed that the skirting would be reinstated, the process continued to drag on for weeks with further delays, disagreements over quotations, and poor communication. We were eventually forced to arrange the reinstatement independently ourselves and finally received reimbursement in May.
Overall, the entire process lasted approximately six months, caused significant stress, and left us without fitted wardrobes despite multiple installations, remedial visits, and ongoing reassurances throughout.
We cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

I’m in love with my home , very beautiful design

Would just like to say from start to finish my fitted wardrobes we're spot on. The whole process was seamless The workmanship is flawss and the final result (thanks Andy) 💯 perfect I'm generally delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

A very efficient and professional service, good communication and programming at each stage with a quality product, excellent workmanship, minimum disruption and comprehensive understanding of customer requirements

Good communication with Emma and Tammy at all times some e mails were misleading as were standard and didnt include preious discussions
All furniure arrived on time and in excellent condition and a high quality
The fitter was extremely good very polite and courteous and very tidy .Only criticism is that no packaging was removed which l had not been told would happen

The wardrobe fitter, Andy, did an excellent job in fitting the units. He was professional and pleasant throughout the time he was with us. He explained why he couldn’t fit the 2 drawer shoe unit at the bottom of the full length unit.
It would have meant that we couldn’t reach the hanging rail and discounted his fitting price accordingly and said he would arrange for the company to reimburse us for the drawer, as he was only able to fit one because of the restriction on reaching the hanging rail if he fitted two. His workmanship was perfect. Andrew Davies who designed the room also did a great job and the set up of our newly created dressing room was exactly what we wanted within the budget we had.

We couldnt be happier with our new wardrobes. All the people we dealt with at MyFittedbedroom made the whole experience really easy and stress free.

Customer service is diabolical they never ring you back,was left with 2 side panels that were not needed which had been paid for and left to get rid of myself, sent email complaining never had a reply. Wardrobe are good quality and fitter made a good job, would not recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. Design utilised our bedroom space to its fullest. Quick and simple process. Installation was immaculate and Pat is a credit to the team.

Found the firm and all people we spoke to through the process friendly, professional and not pushy. Andrew guided us through options and outline designs till we were happy. Obviously trying to get our signature but at no time did we feel pressure to do so. Karl did a thorough follow up and measure while Andy the joiner did a great job in fitting and went the extra mile on making sure we were happy. Communications and process were excellent throughout. Can’t really fault any of it. We are happy customers and would recommend to our friends. Admittedly we are only a week in so cannot comment on longevity but the 10-year warranty is reassurance in that regard.

From start to finish a very pleasant and professional experience Bob Grimsley arrived exactly on time he explained everything thoroughly and gave us plenty of choices and designs to choose from so many samples and designs and very good price to can't wait for my lovely new bedroom thanks again Bob for making our appointment so enjoyable looking forward to seeing you when job is completed the coffee will be on thanks again Ann and Pete Walsh
