I give you call and text many times but you don't turn me back.

Sounded promising initially but after penciling in a date for my boiler to be inspected due to it losing pressure they failed to turn up or contact me - I tried calling and texting them but got completely ignored. A shame really as if they didn’t want the job they only had to let me know

Based on an experience with the driver of vehicle YR11 FRZ from this company on 26/11/25 at around 8pm, the driver was extremely aggressive and made me feel very unsafe. Following at a safe distance, I also witnessed this completely unnecessary aggressive behaviour to other drivers. If the service provided is anything like the attitude and obvious anger management issues shown through this driving, then in my opinion I would strongly advise avoiding using this company at all costs.

This is not the level of professionalism I would expect from someone driving a sign written van. I hope the company takes steps to address this.

"Park" their vehicles without due care or consideration.

Edit post response: The store does not have the authority under the law to let you use a disabled bay without a Blue Bagde both you and the store need education.

I have been using this company for a long time now. He services our boiler every year and does my plumbing and other gas works, and so does my daughter.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a gas engineer and heating company

Adrian removed an unused gas pipe in my living room. I wanted it done before fitting new carpet and skirting. Adrian did the job promptly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault Adrian. (Retro) Fitted a gas fire that we brought with us from our previous house (no one else was prepared to tackle the job): moved a boiler up into the roof space and has carried out annual inspections/services since.
He is courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Heartily recommended.

We were struggling to find a gas engineer who did portable catering appliances. Adrian was recommended by another professional who gave us his number. Adrian was extremely prompt with his communication, he is reliable, knowledgeable and very friendly. He also gave us lots of important advice going forward. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent service. Came to my rescue within a couple of hours and had the boiler working within minutes. Reconfigured a system that has never been really working properly after years of various gas fitters interventions. Including the big one that had written off the old boiler. A life saver.

Adrian was fantastic for us last night during an emergency boiler issue! He is extremely genuine and a really nice guy. He came out to us on a Sunday evening at 8pm and fixed our problem within half an hour! He was really informative and good at explaining the issue and what to do if it ever happened again! We cannot thank him enough. 5 star service. Would recommend to all family and friends and would 100 % use again.

He came and fixed my catering van. He found a leak that was left by the previous owner who did not tell me. He fixed the leak and he put a new appliance into my van.

I would recommend him very much.
