Ordered bathroom light switch Tuesday evening 2nd May and paid for 1st class delivery. Still not even heard that it has been despatched on 6th May. Not able to make contact with company apart from automated website response which says item not yet despatched. This is very poor service especially since no facility to cancel order.

Struggled to get hold of some thin 894 mm light tubes for my kitchen units. Did a search of the internet but not holding much hope, as I couldn't get them locally and was advised by a store to replace all of the light units ! I found My Green lighting site had what I needed. Clicked to order and I was fitting the parts in 24 hours ! I've logged the site as a favourite to use again and would recommend the company If you are struggling to find lighting parts.

I ordered four DAZZLED GU10 10 W 6000 K LED lamps. These are the best GU10 fitting lamps I have had yet. Really bright, high quality light with a broad (120°) beam angle. In conjunction with others similar give even lighting, relatively shadow-free. My Green Lighting dispatched promptly, next day, by first class post if required. I was so pleased that I ordered four more.

Excellent company. Very efficient and friendly to deal with when I had a query. Products delivered within 3 days of ordering with good communication from both My Green and the courier company. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future and highly recommended.

I purchased a couple of bulbs from my green lighting and both were faulty, when I contacted them they told me ( from their workstation sat in a chai!) that it was my fittings that were faulty! I have been an electrician for over 32 years, and have yet to be able to determine a fault this way! Beware of this company and their reluctance to replace and refund. After a lot of messing around I have secured refund. And interestingly when I asked them for a returns label so they could have their ( as they stated all along ) perfectly working order bulbs, they did not want them, saying that I had damaged them when I fitted! What a bunch of clowns! Customer service is awful. Remember to look up distance selling rules if you deal with them, this entitles you to full refund.

I have purchased from this company on several occasions. Excellent service, excellent value and bulbs you can't find anywhere else on line or in shops. My Green Lighting is my first "go to" for replacement bulbs

I ordered 2 small fluorescent light tubes for under cupboard lights. I have ordered the tubes from my green lighting in the past and had no problems. The tubes arrived and I installed 1 to replace the blown bulb, the other is a spare. After about 10 mins the bulb started to flicker, I swapped with an existing bulb to check the fitting and the problem was definitely with the bulb. I then tested the spare, once again after a while this started flickering. I am an electrician, I called them and they told me it is my fitting that is the problem and they do not guarantee the tubes as they are now seen as obsolete. They should not be selling products without a guarantee! These are definitely poorly made, I will be replacing with LED fittings from toolstation as they have great customer service and I can pop in and pick up.

I ordered two external lights to sit outside my front door. One broke after 4 weeks and My Green Lighting wouldn't send me a new one until I'd posted the faulty light back to them (at my expense). I then received a new light and had to pay an electrician to wire it in again. The light broke within 4 weeks. The electrician was called back to look at things, and reported that the light supplied was faulty. I asked My Green Lighting to send another light and cover the cost to install it. They were very rude in their correspondence, they put all the onus of finding a resolution on me and refused to supply a new light or reimburse me for costs. My Green Lighting need to take a big lesson in customer management. Very disappointed.
