I received the brush, but it was absolutely useless since it didn't even turn on. I looked up their app in Google playstore, but it was listed as "item not found". So I went to tge Petsie website & tried to access it from there, but still got "item not found". In any case, it shoukd jyst turn on, according to tge packaging leaflet, but it didnt.

I an absolutely furious, so I am reporting them for fraud & counterfeit products anywhere that I can!!!!!!!!

It was very smooth from the the beginning to the end. I received my order on time .I recommend them.

I was so scared it was going to turn out bad and look fake but it actually looks like my cat Versace, I love holding him it makes me feel like he never left. Someday you should have people be able to turn in sounds of their pet to put in the plushie but idk if that would be taking it too far.

It does not look like the picture I sent at all. It’s actually very scary. Low quality and definitely not worth the very high price. I expected much more from the videos I saw on social media. I want my money back.

Libby was a great help throughout the process. She was originally assigned to help me add voicebox recorders to my order back in December. She led with empathy, and kept me looped in every step of the way. When my order arrived in January, the voice recorders were not in my package and the coloring of my plushies was way off. I emailed her, and she rectified the voice box issue and immediately sent them out via FedEx. She requested photos of my dog’s coat in different light, and sent me a fedex label to ship my plushies back to their “hospital” for alteration. She kept me looped in throughout the process with photos, and I was able to approve the final revisions. My plushies look just like my soul dog, who I lost back in 12/2025. I am beyond happy with Libby’s customer service! One piece of advice for Petsie’s business model—with how much these plushies cost, customers should get a “sneak peak” included in every order. It shouldn’t be something people need to pay extra for because there will be less back and forth when expectations aren’t met.

I absolutely love it. It’s so lifelike I can’t believe it. My cat is 19 and she’s my world and as she ages I worry more and more about the day I can no longer see her. I ordered the large which is bigger than I thought but the quality is amazing. They did a wonderful job.

My Petsie arrived in the mail today and she is just perfect. I was kept updated every step of the way and when I needed changes done they were prompt and efficient. My dog thought I had brought home another dog it is so realistic. I am beyond happy with the final product. I love my new cuddle buddy. Highly recommend 👌

We got a stuffed animal of our dog Brutus and they really did pay attention to each detail. He was a brindle akita with such a rare pattern and they were able to duplicate his pattern to a stuffed animal. My kids love it and I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Great service, great communication and very accommodating. I missed the deadline to order so it would be ready in time for Christmas and they were wonderful when I asked - they did their best and the item came just before Christmas. HIGHLY recommend Petsies!

I ordered pj bottoms, not a stuffed animal. Although the pj's bottoms are cute shipping was a complete disaster and the representatives do not care. I ordered black friday and website promised delivery by Christmas. The shorts were ready and shipping label printed on 12/11 but the package sat there for 10 days before they actually mailed it! I got it a couple days before Christmas. I am very hesitant with ordering here again and will probably try a different company next time.

*** I followed the usps tracking and usps did not receive package for 10 days. I understand how this works and my mom was a usps worker as well. Nevertheless a company is never going to say it is them that dropped the ball. But even with this comment I am even more so not interested in using petsies again.

I bought a stuffed animal of my parents dog who recently passed away. Needless to say, they have done an incredible job, so good in fact that I had to gift it to them early, and everyone was nearly brought to tears of joy at how accurate this really was. It takes a while to arrive but the result truly is worth it, thank you to everyone at the petsies team for bringing our dog to life once more ❤️

I honestly couldn’t believe it when I saw it. Our dear pet, Woody, passed after being with us for over 19 years. He was so handsome and such a wonderful indoor cat. We were truly blessed to have him for as long as we did. The pillow is absolutely beautiful, and it will be a special gift for his mama (my daughter). I’m sure there will be tears shed.

Buyer beware. They could not get my cat or dog right. My cat we went back and forth on a lot and the final product is actually scary and was a total waste of money. I can't even look at it, furthermore it isn't soft at all. My dog they never emailed me to review the product and just sent me something at it is also nothing like my dog, creepy eyes and not soft. I had planned on using these with students, but they are $600.00 down the drain unless I can get a refund.

i lost my little angel, Tilly after 17 years of growing up together. i was desperate to get her physical presence back and petsies has truly given that to me. it is so identical to my little Tilly, everyone has to do a double take! petsies listened to the parts i added eg. a little white patch on her chest! thank you - you have brought her to life and healed a huge part of my heartbreak ❤️‍🩹 thank you for bringing my little girl back into my arms

I really didn’t think it would take as long as it did, but perfection takes time, I love my baby so perfect,don’t understand why it came to la than was sent to Boston but finally got here, thank you Petrie people, love love love it

Cheap Chinese product that does not live up to price or expectations. It's a decent replica of our pet but not fantastic. Whenever I tried to submit a real review on their website, they "decline" the review and push it back to be edited.

I decided to post my actual review in as many places as possible for others to see. This company is not providing an honest collection of reviews on their website.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a Petsies plush of my dog, Link. What I received looked nothing like him — the proportions, coloring, and details were completely off, and it did not resemble the photos I submitted at all. For a company that promotes itself on making “custom” keepsakes, the result was shockingly poor.

To make matters worse, the customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive. My concerns were met with long delays and no real attempt to fix the problem. After weeks of frustration, I had no choice but to escalate the issue with my bank in order to resolve it, since Petsies would not stand behind their product.

This was supposed to be a meaningful keepsake of my beloved dog, but instead it was a stressful and disappointing experience. I strongly caution anyone considering this company — the quality did not come close to what was promised, and the lack of accountability from support made things even worse.
