Excellent Service received from Steve and his team. Started with one printer and now have 3 all supplied from MyPrintingRoom.

Deanna was very helpful, went through the process to resolve my issue very smoothly. There was a slight issue with controlling my pc, but nothing major.

Working with My Printing Room was fantastic. Deanna was there every step of the way, even when we had to reschedule the installation due to our own schedule, they were very understanding and helped accommodate us. The technician that called us to set up the printer was just amazing, he went above and beyond what we needed, even helping us to sort out an issue with our own wi-fi. I recommend Deanna and her company for any professional printer needs. Thanks so much, we only wish we had done this sooner!

I recently purchased a small Toshiba desktop photocopier/multi-function printer for my small office (my refurbished Toshiba bought in 1994 having finally given up the ghost) and I am delighted with it so far. It has made my life much simpler and copying takes so much less time now, which is great! The company agent, Steve, with whom I spoke initially was very helpful at suggesting a few options to suit my needs and the engineer who came to install it was also knowleagable, polite and efficient. Communications were prompt and informative and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm (which trades under the umbrella name of My Group Solutions Ltd on all the paperwork, somewhat confusingly!)

The world of printing and copying machines is vast. I found 'My Printing Room' and chose them to supply my printer because of helpfulness, not over selling, honesty and quality of information. Also, best price. I called and emailed the sales guy Steve so many times with questions and clarifications and he was always so helpful. They co-ordinated delivery with our new office landlords and arranged tuition for a date that suited me.

I would highly recommend this company.

The printer supplied has been very efficient

The copier arrived well packed, but it a shame that it was delivered to the wrong place, but easily sorted as it was only next door. We had someone to help us moved it before the Engineer arrived. We had problems sorting the place and the signal, that because we are a church. All easily solved and it's working beautifully
