Fraudpicks !!!!.they made a random stat that never happened on my lineup when i showed customer service they said there stupid system shows correct stats when espn and i watched the freaking game!!! And these players only went 4 plate appearances they marked it as 5 making me lose when they only went 4 .i will never use this trash app again they need to be shut down stealing money in broad day light

Prize Picks is 👎🏻 Shady. If you win on a bonus play they only give you promo dollars to make more bets on the platform. I’m giving them 2 stars only because I have won a couple hundred and cashed that out BUT they are a sketchy sportsbook. I don’t recommend 😑

App sucks can’t even get your withdrew and forget how bad the customer service is. They do nothing. Save your safe the time there are plenty of apps where you can get your winnings and not take days days and days for a simple with drew.

I have n used them for 2 years and they started n off good but have become unethical and are playing dumb on paying me 300ish from a Worldcup promo where I needed Mexico to advance to knockout stages as they did. They can see they never paid it n out and I have provided proof 4 times and they keep ha ing their customer service play dumb and literally never adressnit and ask the same 2 questions.over.and over. You can't call them and talk to any I ne so this is there way of stealing and playjng dumb. They also have convicted felons with sexual offe ders registration working for them in there discord. They also have a lot of younger green newbie players that are terrible at gambling and I also see them targeted by PP with unethical practices. They create one way lines heavily heavily juiced where you can only take the over when the sharper players would take the under . They bait the rookies into these plays and wipe them out . They do this a couple times a day . I was a good customer too and they doing World Cup robbery to me over 300ish thats crazy . Don't trust them and look at their social media posts as it shows you the lowlife their associated with that attempt to get you to take losing plays with PP . Unethical and scammed is the best way to describe PP. And dont respond to this review Pp you already know what and why you owe me so dont play dumb per your usual . AVOID Prizepicks at all costs !

0 starts Stay far away from this App Do not trust this platform with your money. My account was hit with a sudden "Terms of Service" violation ban out of nowhere. I have never used a VPN, I do not have multiple accounts, and my identity is completely verified. This was a clear false positive triggered by a glitch in their automated fraud detection system.Instead of having a real human review my data or look at the bug, PrizePicks customer service completely ignored my appeals and locked me out of my rightful balance. They are holding my deposited funds without providing any actual evidence of wrongdoing.Because their support refused to help, I had to formally escalate this to the Colorado Division of Gaming. The state regulator has launched an official investigation into their practices and given PrizePicks 10 business days to respond to the dispute (Case logged June 30).If you value your money, stay away from PrizePicks. Their automated security bots will falsely ban you without warning, and their support team will do absolutely nothing to fix their own mistakes until a state gaming commission gets involved.

This site won’t pay you your available funds unless you get into a chat , which took me over an hour today. And this wasn’t the first time. EVERY time I’ve tried to withdraw my funds, I had to go through this headache. They even send you a link where you have to scan you ID & Facebook pic. It’s a complete joke. I left them and will never return after 3 or 4 of these same issues. WORST site for gaming I’ve ever come across. Use DraftKings ; Fan Duel , etc. Prize Picks should be closed down. To keep your customers money and make them jump through hoops and wasted time is unacceptable and , quite frankly, very shady / unethical. Stay Away!

I have been using PrizePicks for around 2 years now. My experience with the app had been good up until now. I had taken a break from the app for a few months, then tried logging back into my account. It didn’t work so I tried to reset my password and it STILL did not work. I resorted to using my daughter’s email, which worked for a bit until my account was flagged and I could not place bets or get my money returned to me. I emailed the PrizePicks team and the customer service was no help at all, in fact they were quite sketchy. At first they asked for my credit card information, which they already had obtained from the app, then proceeded to give me a fake email that had a fake name. To this day they have not returned my money that was deposited into my account. This experience was unprofessional and unhelpful, there are better apps out there like PolyMarket and Kalshi that are way easier to use and have better customer service.

What a complete shit show. Deposits that never load with a 3to10 day wait to return the money they never deposited and shitty ai customer service. Just waiting for my refund before I delete and uninstall this app.

Don't waste your time I've been using prize picks for awhile I've never won recently I win and referred my sister for the credit which I got but when I tried to play again all of sudden they needed to verify my account and now its been locked for several days what a scam!

So, I wish I read the reviews prior to betting game 6 , okc vs spurs last night 5/28. I ended up winning around $293 bucks on a power play 3 players and a bet who wins game 6. I saw the funds in my PP account and didn't withdraw on 5/28. When I tried to log in to PP the next day 5/29 I was locked out indicating my account wasnt activated yet ? I've been betting on PP since 2020 and I've gone through some hick ups but this was cherry on top. They asked for me to verify my identity and I did. I was able to log back in. I noticed the amount I won prior was missing and there was a total of $3.50 . Also noticed on my withdrawal log someone deposited $10 into my account and a min after they did that they withdrew a total of $300 . I noticed there was a master card added to my account that is not mine and I reached out to customer service and they just give you the run around. When I sent them receipts (screenshots) of proof showing the card that was added to the account wasn't my card they blocked our conversation and restarted everything from start as if we never had the conversation of fraud. I want to wishful think they will investigate but I doubt that and I lost almost $300. If anyone has started a class action suit let me know cause From what I'm reading they're scamming people and it must be thousands and thousands of people. What a shame.

They get no stars from me, i literally just got back on and started wining games, when i tried to take my money off it reversed it back to prizepick and said that my account needed to be verified, i did that and then a day later they said my account was deactivated but i didn’t get my money, DO NOT PLAY THIS THESE PEOPLE GON PLAY YALL OUT YALL MONEY FR AND IM NOT TALKING BOUT NO LITTLE MONEY!!!!!

I downloaded this app and attempted to create a profile but was continuously told that there was an error and I would have to reach out to customer support....so after reaching out to them I was escalated to 2 different management teams before finally being told that I was denied because I failed their "comprehensive criteria check" which was simply sending in an image of me holding my license. Of course they then wouldn't tell me how or why I failed such testing

Will not let me withdraw my money. Spent several hours on chat with them. Repeatedly asked me for the same info to verify my identity. Took pics of drivers license, selfie, everything they asked me to do. They then flagged my account, with no explanation. Chat customer service is a joke. Stay away from this company - there are more reputable betting sites!

Leizel was taking 15 minutes just for one reply. On top of that, prize picks itself does not make any sense if what he was saying is true. I referred a friend, & I did not receive any bonus funds. I contacted support, after my friend deposited money & made his first pick play, to let them know I have not received any bonus funds. They told me the Code was entered incorrectly. Even after giving them my friends email address, I was told they can't do anything about it if the referred person has already deposited which makes no sense, because I will not be expecting bonus funds until after a deposit???? So how would I know before hand???? Prize picks is known for scamming a lot of people.

This place is a total scam. I tired to make a bet in Massachusetts on a team and they took my credit card deposit for $500. I couldn’t make the bet and now it’s impossible to get the money bank. Better lawyer up if you give these f’ing scammer anything.

Absolutely garbage. They make the withdrawal process so difficult. I had my bank account connected and did one withdrawal before they said they could no longer take my bank so I opened a BankofAmerica account so I could withdraw and now they reject every single request for the money I’ve won. Can’t wait for this scam to be shut down
