Urgent Vietnam Visa (My Vietnam Visa) Reviews

Was very responsive over email and helped me get my visa ASAP

Excellent customer service and great service in itself!

So thankful to the team they helped me fast track getting my evisa at such short notice as I am travelling to Vietnam the next day. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future

Prompt and delivered as promised.
Wonderful team of people.
Couldn’t have make it without you guys
Thank you so much

I made the mistake of booking my flights before arranging my visa. The time window was tight and closing when I contacted My Vietnam Visa with the numbers for my and my wife's applications. They contacted me within an hour to point out an error in my order (wrong email associated with wife's application) I corrected the error and they got back to me within minutes. Communications were clear and precise. Our visas were delivered via email that same day.
A very big thank you to Ms Lan Lee for holding our hands through this.

I was having multiple issues getting acceptance of my wife and my tourist visas. From the website crashing, picture not being approved, and even name misspellings. My parents are flying from the states to meet us in Vietnam and already had their visas settled, with the flight in three days the stress was real. Luckily I found Vietnam Visa online and read these reviews and decided to give the 1-day option a shot. After only 4 hours I received my wife and my visas in my email! Pleased to have found this site and would highly recommend it to anyone going through a similar situation. Next time I will probably just avoid the official site altogether and pay extra for this peace of mind.

Slight emergency with a visa that was made easy with myvietnamvisa - great service and now I am off to Vietnam!
Thank you!

Absolutely amazing. Kept us well informed. Courteous and knowledgeable. Wonderful customer service and remained confident in their abilities to help my family obtain our e-visas.

Thank you so much for saving our once in a lifetime opportunity.

Great service! We received approval for our visa in less than 24 hours! Very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

Clear communication from the start of the process, very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend if you are in a bind like we were!

Prompt and timely action and delivery.
Our applications were not going through the official process. Ms Lee at Myvietnamvisa.com helped the process easy and effortlessly. Our visas were confirmed within 3 days.

It's the most amazing service of visa agency I have ever got experienced with. I deeply appriciate when you help me to get Vietnam visa in just a few hours as promised. Thanks again for your professional and best service.

Realized I needed a Vietnam visa just 3 days before my flight and was in total panic mode. The regular E-visa said 3-5 business days, so I contacted My Vietnam Visa and paid for their 1-day express service instead. Got my visa back within 24 hours!
Their team was super responsive and respectful the whole way through, answering my questions fast and calming my nerves. Highly recommend if you're in a time crunch. Would use again!

They came to my rescue. I prematurely thought that applying for a visa would be quick and easy compared to thai, but I was mistaken. I didnt know and forgot about business days needed to process visas, and I found myself on fri morn realizing that I must complete my visa submission before my sun flight. Entirely my fault. So I needed urgent assistance and this company saved me from having to book another flight and hotel while waiting on Vietnam visa to process. The urgent same day fee was worth paying for my mistake. I received acceptance same day and I believe if not for this company, I would've had to wait at minimum 3 working days and miss my Sunday flight. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service by myvietnamvisa. They fast tracked our official evisa submission and ensured that we made our flight in time. I applied at 11.45pm on Thursday night UK time and had my visa by 8.30am the next day. This was made all the more impressive by the fact that they were even able to fix an error on the official evisa application where we had not included my middle names, only my first name and surname. The visa would’ve been rejected as a result, but the team were able to jump into the application overnight and make the required changes in plenty of time for us to catch our 1pm flight from
London the next day. I was very dubious after hearing many horror stories, but the service provided, and communication throughout was absolutely top notch! Highly recommended!

Great experience.
myvietnamvisa expediated our EVisa applications.
Timeline was exactly as they setout when booking.
Communication was clear and on time.

I honestly was afraid to use this website until I read the reviews.
They were a lifesaver, I booked a trip to Veitnam not knowing a Visa is required. The money spent for expidited service was truly worth it. We literally had a day/half to get our Visa's and they were able to get both processes before the time given..
I will be recommending this company to others no doubt.

My mum didn't realise she needed a visa for her flight to vietnam the next morning, and was stressing! So i applied for her visa for her straightaway on the government website, but realised that it'd be near impossible to get the visa done in time. So upon first speaking to MyVietnamVisa, they suggested changing her flight given that there was only 2.5 hours to process it from their opening time the next morning, but after speaking to the team a bit more, they were super kind, bent over backwards to turn it around in record time! Thank you again you guys are the best. Would highly recommend!
