My experience with MyVietnamVisa was frustrating and confusing.

I contacted them because their website promotes a two-working-day Vietnam e-visa service, and I was trying to plan around a specific travel date. I explained my situation clearly: I needed to enter Vietnam on May 23 first, then later adjusted my plan and asked if delivery by Monday morning would work for a Monday 6 PM flight.

The issue is that the delivery timelines kept feeling unclear. At first, support said they would “try” to send the visa by Friday, but they would not clearly guarantee it. Later, when I was okay with Monday, they told me to choose the urgent one-working-day option to receive it in time. They also said the two-working-day processing option would only have a promised delivery time of Tuesday by 14:30 Vietnam time.

That was the part that made no sense to me. If the website advertises two working days, I expected the timing to line up with that. Instead, it felt like the regular urgent option was being presented as risky or not enough, and I was being pushed toward paying more for the one-day option.

To be fair, customer support did respond quickly, but the answers were vague and not reassuring. For something as important as a visa, travelers need clear expectations before paying. Phrases like “we aim to send it,” “we believe,” or “we will do our best” are not enough when someone may be booking flights and hotels based on that timing.
