SCAM ALERT!!!!!

Just took the diamond to a jeweler and it tested as moisanette! Which means I was defrauded by Natalie diamonds. I have a diamond worth about 1/5th of what I paid!

Please everyone if you buy jewelry from this website take it to a pawn shop or a local jeweler and have them test out the authenticity. Natalie Diamonds sent me my ring with a fake appraisal and everything. I went to a pawn shop and Kay Jewlers to check the authenticity and my "diamond" came up as glass and cubic zirconia, as well as my side diamonds registering moissanite and sapphire. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Awaiting a response for a return with full refund....

I was bit nervous buying a ring over the internet and because there price couldn’t be beating I was cautious , but I’d like to say everything went well they helped me with sizing and kept me updated all the way the ring Is amazing .

I had my ring appraised by two jewelers...both confirmed my diamond is fake. They said my diamond doesn't match any of the paperwork provided by the company and is not a 100% natural real diamond as advertised. I'm working with the company for a full refund since it was falsely advertised that I purchased a real diamond.
Do not buy from this company if you want a real diamond!

Natalie diamond's was spot on with answering all my questions and hassle free when it came to getting it resized.

Natalie diamonds customer care was excellent, they were great from start to finish & answered any questions we had via email. The only issue was with Fed Ex who failed to contact us to pay customs fee so engagement ring got delayed & had to contact Fed Ex ourselves to find out when we would get the ring. All good in the end & love my ring & will be purchasing my wedding band in the near future.

I usually do not make large purchases online but after seeing so many perfect reviews on multiple sources I gave it a shot. I ordered an engagement ring and asked if they could rush it. They obliged and got me a ring within 10 days. I took the ring to have it tested and was told that the diamond could not be verified as genuine. I contacted Nataliediamonds immediately and was in contact with Annie. She could not have been anymore helpful and apologetic in assuring that the owner personally went out and picked a diamond to ensure it was genuine. She handled getting the bad ring sent back and my new ring sent out to me in time for the proposal. Not only did Annie make sure to expedite the replacement ring to me on time, she asked the owner to upgrade the diamond to a better quality clarity for my troubles. I had it tested and it was deemed genuine. I proposed and she said yes. Thanks Annie and Nataliediamonds! I would be happy to recommend you and your company to anyone!

This was my first time ever buying something this expensive online. It didn't disappoint, I couldn't have been more pleased. My now fiancee loves her ring and I haven't heard nothing but compliments. For the price I paid the value was greater. Very pleased.
