I am absolutely in love with the engagement ring we got from them. I was a bit hesitant when my now fiance suggested ordering a ring online, but wow, they have exceeded my expectations and the ring is better than I could have imagined. I had to reach out to customer service, they are experiencing some technical difficulties with their 800 number receiving calls from Canada, but sent an email to their customer service department and got an email back within 24 hours and are going to send out the documentation that was missing with my ring! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

Ordering from the other side of the world from a website that I found on Facebook I certainly had my reservations. I checked the internet for reviews and concluded that it in fact was a legitimate website. I already knew what style I was looking for and the 30% off promotion meant that I was able to order a larger size stone than I had initially intended to buy. I made my purchase online and sat and waited. The freight partner allowed me to track my parcel all the way to my doorstep where it turned up 2 days earlier than anticipated. The quality of the engagement ring that I was able to give my partner was better than anything I ever could have purchased in my country. I have had Jewellers Access the ring in New Zealand and I have been assured that I purchased the ring far cheaper than they could have secured it through their purchasing channels. Purchased a 2 ct. E color VS1 diamond solitaire in a platinum setting for my girlfriend. After receiving it I asked a trusted local jeweler to check the diamond against claimed quality and weight. They verified everything and offered a competitive ring at twice the price. The UGI certification is not GIA so the diamond does not have the laser-etched report UGI report number, but for a $15,000 savings, who cares? Highly recommend Natalie Diamonds.

I ordered a .70 princess cut ring and was worried if it was what they advertised. Well it came in t he mail and was better than I expected.

I was a little skeptical about buying a ring online and without being able to see it. well, I could not have had a better experience. Everything was smooth and efficient. In fact, I changed my mind about a couple of things after I received the 1st ring, and sending it back to make changes also was very easy. My fiancee absolutely loves it!

I ordered a cathedral style setting with a 0.90-0.95 ct. round diamond, SI2 clarity, I colour. The payment was seamless, and the item shipped quickly. However when it arrived, I was disappointed, as the setting was clearly made for a much larger stone, and wasn't adjusted for the selected stone. Also, although the diamond set in the ring was a 0.92 ct., most of the weight was on the bottom of the diamond, and the diameter was comparable to a 0.85 ct. And, at certain angles, there was a noticeable yellow colour to the stone. My local jeweler (GIA graduate) told me that it was more of a K colour. He did also inform me that the clarity was actually much higher than an SI2, and he would have put it at a VS2.

I contacted Natalie Diamonds, and they sent waybills for the return shipping in short order. Although the package waited for a week for customs clearance, it arrived at their offices, and a refund was issued in short order, although I lost over $300 Canadian due to foreign exchange.

Although the customer service is excellent, I wouldn't recommend Natalie Diamonds, as you really have no idea what you're getting. The UGI certificate clearly doesn't adhere to the GIA scale, and in my case, my "Ideal" cut was far from it, and the colour was much poorer than an "I" diamond.

I was very impressed with Natalie Diamonds with how helpful they were when I called with questions, and how quickly they responded to my inquiry emails. Once I placed my order, the turn around was impressively quick! Once my order arrived I was even more impressed with how beautiful the ring was, how nice the box was, and I really liked the integration of the backlighting for the presentation of the ring. I would definitely recommend Natalie Diamonds to anyone.
