The Staff at NDC made me feel very welcome, they were helpful and polite. Having a Free driving assessment before doing my course was a nice touch, it allowed me to understand what I would be paying for and making sure to myself I was making the right choice.
I'd like to give a special to my instructor Mark, he made me feel safe whilst in the lorry but also gave me confidence within myself when driving through his experience. Thanks again to all at NDC

The team at NDC are a great bunch of people who offer a focused and well thought out training environment for anyone wishing to undertake their training.

Whilst at the centre I chatted to many others who were all getting on with the training and working towards their tests, whether that be cat C lorry, C+E artic or PCV. 

All agreed that the trainers are supportive, yet realistic about what’s needed and the standard required. If you put in the effort and are interested to learn you will be able to attain the level required to pass your test.

It’s not easy, and if you don’t pass first time then they will certainly support you through a retest.

NDC have assisted throughout the course with my Mod 4, my reversing and my practical. My instructor Nick and i work well together he assisted me because English is not my first language.

Fantastic instructors.

Pros my trainer Mark I would have to say is a cut above the rest. He was fantastic in explaining everything I needed to know and also if he didn’t know a question then he would find the answer very quickly. The school is very clean and tidy and easy to get to the rest of the staff are all very friendly and welcoming and the office staff are also great. I would recommend the driving school to anybody again. I would say that Mark explained exactly what we was doing on a daily basis. I feel you have more than enough time on the road and gained more than enough knowledge to take me further in my career.

Cons I would say that the initial email is not very well presented. It just tells you where to be and a time of your day. I believe it should state a bit more information as to what you will be expecting. There is no food facilities so again this could be noted in the original email and just general relevant information. I did not know that there was an additional CPC module four exam until the first day of arrival I feel this should also be put in the initial email

Highly recommend, all staff were brilliant big thanks to ray for teaching me everything I needed to no to pass first time.

NDC is the best, everyone were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I passed my C+E first time with instructor Andy teaching me, he was patient and thought me very well, I already felt confident in driving the C+E by day 2/3 and by day 5 I passed. A very big thank you NDC, 5 Stars not enough 🫶🏾.

I had a great experience training with Mark at National Driving Centre for my LGV. Mark is extremely knowledgeable patient , professional and explains everything clearly.
Thanks to his excellent instruction, guidance and constructive feedback, I passed my LGV first time. He really knows how to build your confidence and prepare you properly for the test with calm, real-world advice.
I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for an LGV instructor Top-class training from start to finish.

I had the best bus training experience with NDC for 1week from 15th December 2025 till 23rd December 2025 and was able to pass my Bus Driving Test first time. Dave was my instructor, he was very kind, calm, patient, very professional in telling me what I was doing wrong during my lesssons and making sure that I corrected my errors as I was driving along. The way Dave taught me to drive a Bus professionally unafraid will stay with me for a long time. I highly recommend NDC to anyone that is interested in becoming a Bus Driver.

I completed a 4-day C1 driving course with NDC at the start of December. The staff at NDC were friendly and professional and made sure I was ready to pass the practical test. Special thanks to my instructor, Ray, who was excellent and really good fun.

From start to finish the staff were warm and friendly. Andy was brilliant he put me at ease and made me feel confident so it was very easy to do the training. Charlotte my test instructor was lovely she put me at ease before setting off so made the test more relaxed. Not to forget the two lovely ladies at reception and all the other staff members it was truly a amazing experience

Could not fault it from start to finish all staff are friendly/professional and will help in any way they can instructor Andy was great very patient and I felt comfortable from the start unlike my previous experience with a different training centre I was happy i passed and got to ring the bell which was great 😂

From the first day, such a great and kind support, amazing instructors and lots of help towards all your exams. I would very much recommend coming here if you are looking for a change of career or just purely want to have that extra category on your driving license. I have completed my class 2 recently and I already know I’ll try and be back in few months for my CE :).
