Driver was great and managed to get us to venue in good time considering there was so much traffic everywhere. On our return journey he was ready and waiting for us and again go us all home safely and in good time.

A coach booked for a round trip from London to Glastonbury festival, failed to show up for the return journey.

No communication at the time, no refund and still no recourse months later. Contemplating small claims court to get our money back but it shouldn’t have to get to that point with any reputable company.

Driver on the way there also made rape related jokes which wasn’t ideal.

The driver arrived on time he was professional, polite and very helpful he ensured that everyone's trip to Manchester for the races was comfortable and relaxing. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional minibus hire service provided by national minibus company during my recent trip from Heathrow to London.driver Ian was brilliant throughout our trip

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We booked a coach for a birthday party in March. Before booking I asked Neel (in sales) to confirm the cancellation policy and was told that there would be a 50% refund if cancelled within one week of the booking. Two weeks before the trip it was announced that the M25 was closing for the first time in history, so we needed to cancel the birthday party. Despite Neel confirming the cancellation policy (and the fact that the roads were going to be absolute carnage due to the M25 closure), we were then told that all bookings are completely non-refundable. It's been impossible to speak to anyone except Neel - who seems to be the only person answering the phones, so I've been unable to escalate this complaint to anyone beyond him. They are total cowboys and completely unprofessional. Zero acknowledgement of the fact that 1) we were misled on the cancellation policy, and 2) that the unprecedented closure and subsequent disruption on the M25 and surrounding roads constitutes a 'legitimate reason' to cancel. I would also hasten to add that the terms on their website state that refunds are available if cancelled more than 48 hours before. Save yourself the stress and go with a better company that has a customer service team and not just one person who gatekeeps all complaints and issues.

Firstly, the booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward. I was able to book a minibus for my family and I to travel from the airport to our hotel without any hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made sure that all of our needs were met.

When we arrived at the airport, our driver was waiting for us with a sign bearing our name. He was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. The minibus was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us and our luggage.

During the journey, our driver was very professional and safe on the road. He also provided us with some interesting information about the area and some great recommendations for places to visit during our stay.

Overall, I would highly recommend National Minibus Hire to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient airport transfer service. Great service from start to finish. Always kept us in tne loop and turn up on time. Tne driver rashid presented himself very smartly. He was very adaptable and the bus was very clean.
