Excellent service. I was confused about how to do the transfer and emailed the company. I had a call almost straight away and was given support and guidance. Definitely recommend.

Antwoord van National Numbers
Hi Michael, we’re sorry you were left without a clear update on your order. We understand how frustrating it is to be waiting and unsure of what’s happening.
We received the registration documents on 25 September and posted them to you that same day. The advised delivery timeframe was 7–10 days, but we appreciate that clearer communication would have helped while you were waiting. If they still haven’t arrived, please contact our team so we can look into this for you.
Kind regards,
The National Numbers Team
Fast & smooth transaction!!
The custom plate arrived ahead of schedule and looks exactly like the online preview. the material feels highly durable. Well done!! Thank you

Don’t pay them to do the transfer!
Quite slow for documents to come through, nearly two weeks. I particularly don’t like the “offer” to have them to do the transfer for you - more susceptible clients would pay the not inconsiderable fee thinking they are unable to do it themselves in minutes on line for free.

Antwoord van National Numbers
Hi Martin, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the documents took longer to arrive than you expected. They were posted on 18 September and, as confirmed in our conversation, arrived on 24 September. While this was within the advised delivery timeframe, we appreciate that the wait was frustrating.
Our paid transfer service is entirely optional. Customers can handle the transfer themselves through the DVLA, and you chose to do so in this case. The service is available for those who would prefer us to take care of the process, but we appreciate your feedback about making that choice clear.
Kind regards,
The National Numbers Team
