Avoid. Not reliable. The are only reliable when they want payment. They missed so many weeks for the last year. They don't even bother

Very bad service and always charged more than contract some time send invoice two time in a month when ask customer care they just answer it is for access weight but i always check my bin weight with collection vehicle when i try to leave nationalwide waste service they say i need to pay 450 pounds to leave them which is more than my whole contract month charges totally bad experience with them i would like to suggest not to buy this service as a business

I was going to leave and go to another company as I’ve never got nowhere with the other reps until now, just over 5 weeks ago a rep named Peter Debney has been working on my concerns of why I want to leave and turned things around and I’m happy to stay this reps is amazing and I’m finely happy as he has sorted out all problems and issues I was having and he is very pleasant, respectful and helpful if there’s a issue speak to Peter Debney he does not stop until your happy and issues solved.

Bad service bad delivery never used this cheap but not real

Spoke to Charlie , very professional, friendly and had humour in dealing with my enquiry. Issue dealt with in minutes and confirmation email sent while I was on the phone.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I have been with them for nearly two years, and during this time my bins have only been collected around 10–12 times, despite paying for weekly collections. They keep charging me regularly, increase the fees almost every month, and even add unnecessary extra charges. Overall, this company has provided a very poor service and has been a complete waste of money.🛑✋🏼

Professional, helpful and calm approach from the gentleman called Charles changed the way my day was going today. All questions answered and solutions found. Very happy customer here , thank you very much for all your help and patience.

They robbed me. They agreed £ 365 to be to scrap my Ford Focus. They they contacted me to pay only £300 for car reevaluation. I asked them for complaint procedure, then they paid only £ 50.
YOU CAN NOT TRUST THEM.

Our rep (Lauri) was amazing. He Looked after us after switching to them and made sure we got our bin swiftly and without hassle.

Do not use this company. It's impossible to end contract! I have emailed 3 months prior to my contract ending and the response I got was 'The contract has/will renew so there is not an option to pull out at this point' I will be taking legal action before my contract comes to an end and I get put back into a never ending rolling contract!

Russel approached our company to see if we would like to consider switching.
The switch was easy and NWS handled all the change over paperwork for us.
Since swapping we haven't had one missed collection which is a vast improvement on previous suppliers. Would definitely recommend - great service

I was very optimistic when I had a visit from Russell, as I was with a supplier and thought I was getting a good deal, although I wasn’t 100% happy with the service. Once Russell went through the process on how simple it is to cancel my current contract and secure the price was a no brainer. He saved me over £90 per month, dealing directly with Russell for any issues is a massive advantage. Well recommended.
