Hi Paul,
We're very sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused. We know how frustrating it is to order a product and find out that it isn't available to ship right away. It has been extremely frustrating for us as well not being able to quickly fulfill orders for this product.
Unfortunately, the pandemic continues to cause issues with supply chain and manufacturing delays, which are out of our control. However we worked closely with our manufacturing facility to ensure that we received our new supply so that we can fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Sincerely,
Customer Care

Hi Barbara,
We're very sorry for any confusion. The item you ordered was backordered and when it finally arrived in stock we had trouble processing your order. That is why we were emailing you. As soon as we spoke over the phone, the order was successfully processed and shipped.

This milk thistle supplement bloated me and caused some constipation. I had to stop taking it for my health!

Hi Renee,
We're very sorry you experienced these uncomfortable reactions. Unfortunately, everyone's body processes milk thistle and other supplements differently. Sometimes, supplements that include milk thistle may cause gastric disturbances (often these disturbances may include loose stools, bloating, and/or constipation). Typically, if any of these symptoms occur, it is suggested to simply lower your dosage until the side effects subside.
I reordered but you can’t fill my order

my product is on back order STILL
I could have ordered from Walmart and had the basic same product already. I am super displeased about everyone blaming the pandemic for supply shortages on things and thinking that will keep everyone in a forgiving mood. It does not work for me anymore.
