Milk Thistle
I bought Milk Thistle which appears to safely support my transplanted liver (8 years ago) without screwing up my immune system as I’m on immune suppressants. I had the transplants due to autoimmune hepatitis. I’ll be getting blood work soon to see how I’m doing.

Favorite supplement company in the world.
Natural Wellness has been my favorite supplement provider for years. They have the best milk thistle products in the world. Their quality is of the highest standards, and I know where to go when looking for support for the liver. I wish I could tell other people about Natural Wellness, if others knew about them I know their company would flourish.

Digestive enzymes
I have been using the Digestive enzymes for several years from Natural Wellness and they work absolutely great. I trust theirs so why buy anywhere else. Try it and you will love yourself and the price is not bad at all. I buy 3 get one free. Four bottles for $60 can't beat it and it is shipped out right away. All of you must try the Digestive enzymes. You won't be sorry. Love to all Dee from Phila.

Great product
Great product. My fatty liver lab results were normal after using Liver Support and Detox and on a Keto diet (which I cheated on fairly frequently).

We're sorry you had a disappointing experience, Kamran. On several occasions through our live chat, we explained that the international shipping and handling charges do not include any taxes/duties that may be imposed by your local customs office. Additionally, on June 6th we advised you via live chat that any taxes/duties imposed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient, and that we do not have any knowledge of the amount as duties are determined by the customs office upon inspection of the package. We made sure to make you aware of this fact on numerous occasions, and you proceeded to place your order knowing that you would be responsible for paying the customs fees. While we are unable to comment on the processes and procedures of a large company such as iherb, as a small company we do not have the same abilities as they have when shipping internationally and thus the reason you were able to purchase product through them more cost effectively.
