NOT CHILD FRIENDLY.
In hindsight a group of 7 people probably could have got a decent private tour for €500, but as it stood we hoped for decent things. It got off to a bad start when the driver of the coach didn’t even wait for me to sit down carrying my 5 month old in a car seat; I almost went flying. We’d booked the trip to Ronda with all the stops in between. The problem was at each of the stops the guide Jesus ran off like a man possessed unwilling to wait a minute or two for us to sort out our son. This meant we’d arrive after everyone else and he’d finished describing whatever local we’d gone to. This continued for each stop of the trip, even to the point where one point me and my wife just stayed on the bus to sort our son out. The whole trip was punctuated by the driver not waiting for me to sit down (as I was helping with him) and lurched down the coach forward again almost sending me flying. On the positive side the locations were great although there did feel like a lot of time pressure. I’d either hire a car in future to do at a more relaxed pace or do a private tour. So make a note if you have young children!

This is the most unprofessional organizer l ever experienced. We were picked up by a taxi from the hotel and got dropped off in the middle of nowhere at Venta Andres.

The lady called me one day earlier and told us nothing where we will be dropped off, just that we should wait outside for the guide to arrive, which will be a few minutes later.

After sitting in the burning sun for over 50 minutes and after several tries to call their office, where nobody picked up the phone and no response to the WhatsApp sent to their business account, the bus showed up.

After expressing my disappointment, how we are treated, the guide showed now understanding.

We canceled the trip and got back to the hotel by taxi, as this is not the way I want to be treated after paying 300€

Had a fantastic trip to Gibraltar. The guide Antonio and the driver (forgot his name) were a great company. The guide told lotst of stories and history regarding Sevilla, Andalusia and Gibraltar. They were helpful and informative all the way through.

Seeing the view - we could even clearly see Africa - was incredible. The cave was stunning and obviously the taxfree was pretty swell.

At some point my mom fell and hit her head, knees and shoulders. The tour guide was so kind to take care of her the rest of the day. That was incredibly kind of him. Thank you, Antonio!

We were so pleased with Naturanda that we have already booked a new tour - tomorrow we are going to see Itàlica, the Roman City. Really looking forward to it.

We did a tour from Seville to Gibraltar. The transportation was good and we had a friendly guide. Too bad we only got 20 minutes at Saint Michaels Cave and didn't go to the viewing platform. We also didn't get time to walk there, but when we got back to the city we did get (for the second time that day) an hour of free time in the town center. And when we are going back, we also had to wait a long time before another group was back at the van.

I had a wonderful experience in Donna park worth naturanda. Profesional and fun! Thanks Hugo for your enthusiasm and passion with nature

Started well. Good information etc and competitve prices. Tour with several people but unfortunately arrived on Easter week and our tour being in english our poor tour guide was bullied by rest of her team and waited 1 hour ro get into cathedreal where others "passed" so unfortunately only got to walk to top of Giralda and had to abandon tour (as many others did also) as we had other schedules booked and between waiting at the office, queuing we were running 2 hours late.... should really ask for refund and repeat as the crowds were crazy....

Buscaba una visita guiada para El Museo del Prado y la primera página que me salió en google "oficial" es (https://)museodelprado-tickets.org/ ---> ERROR!! NO ES LA OFICIAL. La oficial es: (https://www.)museodelprado.es/. Era un regalo y dado que el Museo es tan impresionante, para no sentirnos abrumados, entendimos que la mejor forma de visitarlo era con alguien que conociera y amara el arte y que supiera transmitirlo. Nos decidimos por esta visita porque "era la oficial" (ERROR, NO ES LA OFICIAL). Tras confirmar con la "empresa que nos iba a dar el tour (https://)naturanda.com/, esperamos a que llegara el día, y el día llegó este fin de semana. Todo empezó con mal pie, porque estuvimos esperando bajo la lluvia y el frio más de media hora hasta que los guías consiguieron aclarar cierto follón que tenían con las entradas. Ese tipo de desorganización empezó a darnos mala espina, sentimiento que se confirmó cuando tuvimos que hacer la misma cola que el resto (se supone que los grupos, visitas guiadas, etc... tienen otra cola distinta a las visitas individuales) . Volvimos a tener que estar bajo la lluvia casi otros 20 minutos. Hay que tener en cuenta que la visita era a la 13:30 y que habia gente que había reservado restaurante para comer (reserva que obviamente tuvieron que cancelar). Ya en la cola (antes de entrar) y tras más de 50 minutos de retraso por el caos organizativo y teniendo en cuenta las condiciones climatológicas, hubo quien le expresó su malestar y descontento a nuestra guia de Naturanda (una pena que no recuerde su nombre) y a partir de ahí empezó a ir a peor la cosa. La guía se puso a la defensiva y nos obsequió con un tour frio, sin transmitir emoción alguna por ninguno de las obras de arte que allí había, simplemente soltando datos inconexos (básicamente como si coges la audioguia y vas saltando de un cuadro a otro). Un desastre. Pero si eso no fuera suficiente, una chica que ya empezó a encontrarse mal antes de entrar por estar pasando frio fuera debido al caos organizativo (recuerdo que la visita empezaba a la 13:30 y a las 14:20 aún estábamos en cola), pues esa chica al final se encontró tan mal que tuvo que irse. Cuando se le comunicó a la guia que se había tenido que ir porque se encontraba mal, su única preocupación era por quien y como iba a devolver el sistema de audio... EMPATIA CERO!!!!. Para mi fue la gota que colmó el vaso. Fue una sensación horrible. Y claro, como pensaba que las entradas y la visita eran organizadas por el museo (de nuevo, la web muy bien hecha para engañar) fui a poner una reclamación al museo y allí me informaron que esa web (https://)museodelprado-tickets.org/ manejada por My Top Tour no estaba relacionada con la oficial (https://www.)museodelprado.es/). Asi que, si habeis llegado hasta aquí, por favor, usad la oficial (https://www.)museodelprado.es/) para organizar vuestras visitas guiadas al Museo del Prado, os saldrán más baratas y seguro que la experiencia es muchísimo mejor y si no es así, al menos podeis poner una hoja de reclamaciones. Algo que, lamentablemente, no pude poner yo, pero al menos, os dejo mi experiencia aqui para que, ojalá, otros caigan en lo mismo y para que My Top Tour sepa lo "bien" que Naturanda se comportó en el tour en español el Sábado 22 de Marzo a la 13:30.

Estuve unos días en Madrid con mi familia y los dos tours que hicimos terminamos encantados. Guías jóvenes y muy formados. Los niños no se aburrieron durante el recorrido ¡Milagro!

Pasamos un día ideal con Jose en Doñana, nos enseñó muchas aves e incluso vimos al lince, además nos regaló unas fotos del día.

He hecho varios tours con esta compañía durante las vacaciones de navidad.
El tour de Córdoba me encantó, una jornada muy completa.
Hice también la excursión a Caminito del Rey, entorno espectacular, merece la pena desplazarse hasta allí.
La visita a itálica me sorprendió gratamente.
Lxs guías hacen un gran trabajo y hay que reconocer también la profesionalidad de lxs conductorxs.
La empresa tiene muchas actividades y planes diferentes para todos los gustos y en las oficinas te informan y ayudan a escoger entre ellas las que más se ajustan a tí

Realizamos la visita a Italica con ellos y fue genial.
El guia Adrian due super instructivo y ameno. Nos enseño este hermoso enclave y recibimos mucha informacion de forma amena.

Muy buena experiencia. Hice las visitas de Itálica y Catedral, Giralda y Alcazar y fueron maravillosas. Las explicaciones en ambas actividades cumplieron mis expectativas y el trato personal muy bueno

Perdimos nuestro tour a Ronda, por lo que nos dieron opcion de cambiarlo por itálica, y el convento sin embargo para nuestro gusto la
Guía Patricia hizo todo a la carrera, no la vi concentrada, la vi chateando en el celular muchas veces sentimos que le hizo falta desarrollar, aparte llevó al hijo y el mismo se mantuvo jugando en el patio del monasterio por lo cual no se le puedo tomar una foto, al pagar por un tour se esperan otras cosas !

Contar con ellos para hacer el tour del Alcázar y la Catedral de Sevilla fue todo un acierto. El personal de la oficina fue muy amable y nuestro guía era increíble, estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros y de que nos perdiéramos ningún detalle durante las visitas. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.
