Dr Pratheeba was exceptional, had lot of deposits in my teeth she did it very nicely without any pain, highly recommend. Dikhshya was very supportive too! Had a great hygiene visit

The Dentist is very good and thorough. But, the equipment do not feel very clean. It doesn't make you confident. It makes you feel anxious about catching something. They do not cover the chair for each person. The sink by the chair is not clean. I haven't seen the equipment sterlised

Sterilization: As a CQC-regulated practice, we adhere to strict decontamination protocols. All instruments undergo a rigorous sterilization process between every patient to ensure total safety.
Chair Maintenance: While we no longer use disposable plastic covers (a practice largely phased out post-pandemic in line with current environmental and clinical guidelines), we perform a full medical-grade disinfection of the dental chair and all surrounding surfaces between every single appointment.
Hygiene Standards: Our surgery is a brand-new facility, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a pristine environment.
Regarding your visit, we have searched our records and cannot find a patient registered under the name 'Sriyani.' We would very much like to investigate this further and address your concerns directly.

I’ve honestly had such a good experience at Neem dental. Dr Pratheepa is so attentive and genuinely informative - she explains everything clearly, makes sure you understand what’s going on, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about her patients.
Her cleans are impeccable - thorough but still gentle, and I always leave feeling like my teeth are properly looked after. She takes real pride in her work and it shows.
I’ve referred a few friends to her as well, especially after they’d had some unfortunate experiences at other practices. They’ve all been so happy with the service and have actually thanked me for recommending her, which says everything.
If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, kind and genuinely invested in doing a great job, I’d highly recommend Neem dental.
