I am submitting this review to formally document a serious concern regarding my experience with New You Cosmetic Clinic, specifically at both the Davisville and Yorkville locations.

It has come to my attention that two contracts were opened under my name without my knowledge or authorization, dated October 2, 2025 and November 15, 2025. I did not consent to these agreements, and I consider this a potential case of unauthorized use of my personal and banking information.

Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification and resolution, I have encountered a lack of cooperation, accountability, and professionalism from staff and management. At the Davisville location, a receptionist identified as Tatyana responded in an aggressive and dismissive manner when I inquired about the matter. She stated that she does not work for New You and refused to assist, despite the fact that my call from the Yorkville location was redirected there. This response reflects a serious failure in customer handling and internal communication.

At the Yorkville location, where I originally received services, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. The manager, Marian, has been made aware of the situation, yet the issue remains unresolved. Furthermore, Marshall, identified as the CFO of New You, has also been referenced in relation to this matter, but no effective action or resolution has been provided to date.

In addition, I have made advance payments for services that have not been fully rendered.

Due to the seriousness of this matter, I have taken steps to formally document and report the situation. I am seeking:

* Immediate cancellation of the unauthorized contracts
* Full reimbursement of any charges related to these contracts
* A formal explanation regarding how these contracts were created without my consent

Consumers are strongly advised to exercise caution when entering into agreements or providing personal and financial information to this business.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at New You Spa and feel compelled to warn others before they invest a significant amount of money here.
I signed up for a Cool Body Sculpting package, purchasing 40 sessions for a total of $6,000. After completing 30 sessions over the course of six months, I saw absolutely no results. I followed the protocol in good faith, hoping to achieve the goals we discussed, but nothing changed.
When I reached out via email to express my concerns and request a refund for the lack of promised results, I was met with total silence. They completely ignored my messages.
I eventually had to go to the clinic in person to demand an answer. Instead of an apology or any empathy for my situation, they simply offered me store credit for my remaining sessions. When I refused, they took no further action to resolve the issue or address the $6,000 I spent on a service that didn't work.
It feels like once they have your money, they have zero interest in customer satisfaction or delivering on their promises. I am now considering taking this to small claims court. Save your money and go somewhere that values its clients and stands by its treatments.

If I could leave less than a one star, I would. I had a liquid BBL in September, and it's been nothing shy but a nightmare. I got 0 results from the procedure that being the least of the issues I've had nothing but complications since the beginning of October, we've had on and off extreme inflammation and pain that comes and goes every 4 or so weeks, their customer service is an atrocity. I have tried since November to get my file of Before & After pictures along with batch numbers, lot number and filler injected the apparent CFO even got into contact with me via email after I sent a very threatening legal email and hung app the phone on me several times I can't even begin to tell the stories of how terrible my interactions have been just trying to get my medical file please stay away. I have recently filed a complaint with IPC. It's a government-funded organization that goes after businesses who don't follow legal guidelines like providing me my medical files and what filler was injected. I've had nothing but horror stories. This is only the tip of the iceberg with this company. Please steer clear there are so many small. Great businesses out there that provide great With clean reputable products.

Botched Filler under eyes and lip.
8 appointments or injecting desolver into my left and later right upper cheeks eye area (Jan 25 - Oct 25)

I've come to the conclusions ....

1. There is no Medical Professional DOCTOR, NURSE ...no one with a medical license!
My antibiotics where called into my drug store...but I've Never met or spoken to him!
13 months with a serious infection under my eyes. Instead I was called by the technicians that injected me with the POSSIBLY contaminated, Expired or Questionable Filler that infected my face.
I think this is called a GHOST PARTNERSHIP So they have a Doctor front the scam.

2.There is no Head Office or Customer
Service the contact they give out goes to the owner that manages the place.
Again they send the Victims on a wild goose chase when all numbers/emails go to the Spa Owner!

They are thieves. I was sold a package with the word guaranteed results on fat freeze, then I was asked to get a loan for treatments. They got that loan, whole money. I refuse to go for further treatments given that medically, i have cortisol and not fat which is visceral and their treatment cannot fix it. They are refusing to respond, they have ghosted me, refusing to give me my papers that i signed, I actually added 3 inches despite their treatment around waist. They are liars and thieves

Worst clinic, especially the one Mississauga. They lack proper training and experience and your skin will be damaged. Be careful

Simple scammers offering treatments over priced plus awful customer service .
There are plenty spas with amazing treatments and professionals .Avoid that chain !! Especially in Toronto .

Please everyone who wants to join me in suing this company. They are a rip off and so unethical. Message me!

I wish there was a zero star. Ive been going to New You Spa for coolsculpting treatments. They get you to pay upfront before your first treatment and then make you sign a waiver saying there is no guarantee or refund if you get no results. It’s been months. I’ve eaten clean, exercise and so proud of myself, however I’ve seen no results. I don’t have time or money to waste. I was seriously needing help because I’m in menopause and the owner promised me it works. They measured me and said I lost 5 inches. TOTAL LIES!!! I measured myself when I started my journey and months later I see and feel no change in my clothes and in the scale. I wish there was a class action suit against this company!! I checked reviews before I started and of course all the “amazing reviews” are on the NYS website. I wish I had seen the reviews on here and other platforms before trusting this horrible company.

I had the worst experience in 2020. I Paid them 4000.00 and the injection went wrong. I asked to cancel, but they never gave my my money back. I have proofs. They treated me so bad not even like a person. I sue them. They don't even care. I still haven't received my money back. But let me to tell you this painful mistreatment of their clinic, is something you get traumatized....Hopefully Canada do something about this situation. There must be a way...But is something one normally doesn't forget.....

If anyone is thinking about filing a lawsuit against this company, please message me—I’m seriously considering it and believe others need to be informed. Their business practices are unethical and deceptive, and transparency is clearly not a priority. Be extremely cautious when they try to upsell you on services and then push you toward using LendCare for financing. That’s how I ended up in this mess. I was scammed. They claimed the service was non-refundable, but that was never disclosed during my consultation. It wasn’t mentioned clearly, and I was never given any receipt stating “non-refundable” until after I complained that LendCare had already withdrawn money from my account, this after I canceled my appointment days in advance. Only then did they suddenly inform me of this policy. To make matters worse, I never even received the service—and now LendCare is pursuing me for payment. I’ve tried following up with the business for over two months, and they’ve done nothing to fix the situation. How can a financing company go after someone for a service they never received? They expect me to come back and give them more business after this? After seeing how they treat customers and how poorly they handle complaints? Absolutely not. Avoid this company. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)—and yes, they have an F rating, which I wish I had checked sooner. If you’ve had a similar experience or are interested in taking legal action, please reach out. We don’t have to deal with alone.

Not happy with their service, I bought a package of half dozen RF which they suggested to me that after session 4 I would definitely see results, the girl that was doing the RF had no idea how to use the machine, someone else trained her on me and she bruised me really bad, then after when I requested another girl, I had to go every day for a different leg because they didn't have an appointment where both legs could've been done in one session, and when the sessions were done and literally no results after paying $2K they said now you need to have 8-10 sessions to see results, when I asked the manager to call me back to discuss the matter, they never replied to me
Very disappointed....waste of money and my time

Been a victim recently for the new you spa queen st west.Oneday am going to get justice i signed a financing contract with them and later same day said i informed them i wouldnt be getting the treament because of health issues.They have still failed to cancel my contract and am still being charged for services i didnt get,i will seek justice and i will get it,am emotionally and mentally drained

Very poor on how they treat clients, and ignoring the fact they don't want to issue a refund when no services were completed, also the financing portion is still in effect they are trying not to cancel, finding other ways to take your money. Zoey at Burlington cancels your appointments because she doesn't want to face me, erased my file because noone can find me there that I even exist. Previous machines brunt my skin and I smelt like one as well. They took me so lightly , does not care at all to resolve issues, but will create more problems instead. If none gets back to me, I will need to take a step further than this, I hate too because am not that person but you guys are making this so stressful to me and not wanting to step up the wrong doings and correct them, if your not giving me any choice then what can I do, I will not just sit around getting played around , belittling me and wait, after you decided to remove my appointment that I always book 3 months ahead of time due to my schedules and remove my file. This is unacceptable behavior!! Are we not all adults, or is it because am Asian you are being also racist towards me. You guys have been mentally stressing me, made me feel small and taking money from me and not returning any emails and texts.
So how as a current client should I feel and why should I not pursue this further if noone gets back to me, i will not tolerate this act towards me because it also can Happen to many innocent individuals as well.

Absolutely the worst customer service and a rip off. Then lied in their reply from my google review. Don’t waste your money and such an unprofessional place that couldn’t bother to apologize about my experience, but lie about it instead.

These people are scoundrels!
They trap you into a contract without giving complete information. I went to the Richmond Hill location for cool sculpting. I went through several sessions. They were so painful. After spending so much time and money, I did not lose a single mm on any part of my body. When I complained about it and asked for a refund, for the first time they told me about their non-defend policy. Instead of returning the money, they suggested me to go over for the treatment again. There should be a common lawsuit against them, and they should be sued for deceiving so many people. Such businesses should be closed by the law because they are taking the hard earned money of people by hook or by crook. I wish there was an option of giving them no stars, and I would happily do that, because that would their accurate rating.

Always love going to see Carmen and the staff at New You spa. Always smiling and friendly. Carmen is amazing and makes me feel relaxed when I get my lip filler and Botox. This time she added a lip flip and I love the outcome. Im looking forward to first treatment of Nitrogen Plasma Treatment next week 🥰

DO NOT USE NEW YOU SPA!! I visited the Burlington location and they were horrible!
They are scam artists that believe charging a huge amount and promising broken promises of amazing results which dont come true, is ok!! Unethical to charge such a high amount and not see ANY results. Bodysculpt is the biggest scam out there. They tried to say i gained weight, but the before and after pics over a year clearly showed NO difference and i had not gained a pound!! So they are full of SH&T!
And now they wont refund any of my money!!

NewYou Spa - A Disastrous Experience of Fraud and Deceit

My recent encounter with NewYou Spa was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the staff displayed shocking rudeness and indifference. The trouble began with exorbitant charges that far exceeded the agreed-upon amount. Attempts to address the issue were met with vague promises and no resolution.

To make matters worse, NewYou Spa failed to provide a promised invoice and package details. Requests for documentation were dismissed with stalling tactics. It quickly became evident that transparency and accountability were not a priority for this establishment.

In the end, I found myself victim to a fraudulent operation, leaving me both financially depleted and deeply disillusioned. I strongly caution anyone considering NewYou Spa to think twice and proceed with extreme caution. My hope is that by sharing this experience, others can avoid the distress and financial loss associated with dealing with such an unscrupulous business.
