Can't reach you by phone anymore. Talked to Carolyn a very long time ago about bad, spoiled product that needs to be replaced. This is BS. Have heard nothing, have no refund...and am about out of the product. So you will lose me as a big customer...I can buy local and I do not think your prices are great. However...you owe me a huge credit.
I actually prefer a credit back to my card...as I do not care to deal with you anymore.

I've been a NHC customer for years. They were so prompt in filling an order and service was great. I even had an "account" there and the website allowed me to log in to the account. Many of my orders were similar and routine. It was easy to place an order as my previous orders were shown -- I could select. Now the website doesn't show a way to log in and any reference to my "account" is gone. Rolling through zillions of products I never had ordered is a waste. If NHC has a customer service desk, they should carefully review the whole ordering process. See if it can be made much more customer frinedly. >> Steve Jenkins

NHC provides great products at great prices. With my subscription, they notify me days ahead of billing my account and shipment which allows me to delay or even cancel that particular shipment. I am very pleased with NHC .

This company has no regard for its customers - rewards points evaporate, emails that were escalated by the AI bot never get returned, and I get exhausted dodging all of the serv-serving overly manipulative traps and tricks at their new website. I used to buy almost all my supplements here because I trusted, but it changed alot. I no longer trust. Or even like. Now I use IHerb much more. They at least treat customers right.
