Arrogant telephone assistant for expensive call
The website does not indicate clearly that you must check in before going through the 'Nice access' fast track. I called their number, for which you have to pay, even when waiting. I gad to go through a menu, each time being told the website has all the info. I waited about 10m, with an ironic recording "we are trying to make your wait pleasant", while collecting money!! I eventually got a rather arrogant person, who did not seem to know about their 'Nice access'! They said, in haughty voice, that I have to check in first. So their fast track is not really so fast - just a money spinner. I told them that they should make their website clearer. I asked why I was kept waiting for a paid service, and that payment should start when an assistant answers. Their answer (can you believe it?) "we are only two of us here".

Bad airport management in terminal 1, departure to Copenhagen
The worst experience ever in an airport. Hundreds of Norwegian flight passengers were standing for more than hour in a hot room with no air conditioning on the other side of the glass door entrance to gate 09 - Norwegian flight 15th of July departure 9.40 pm - where there was a pleasant temperature and air conditioning. No one was allowed to enter even after I fainted. Fortunately there was a danish doctor who with the assistance from other passengers got me conscious again. Still the airport staff on the other side of the door to the gate refused to open the door (no Norwegian personnel present?).
To be fair, airport personnel later recognised the severity of the situation and I got good help from the local medical team.

- 1 No information on board about delay
- 2 information at 9:15 that the plane has closed (departed)
-3 At 9:45 still no information about the plane is delayed - still listed at board as leaving st 9:45 - no gate of course :(
- 4 No information drak at the airport !
- scary how to Think how they manage the coordination of take off and landing!
