Went into the Chester branch with my partner. Was warmly welcomed by the owner who helped show us around and explored more ideas for myself and my partner. Walked out with more than we intended to buy haha. Felt at ease and my partner was pleasantly surprised at how open the owner was for discussions. Would throughly recommend anyone to visit Naughty&Nice

Thank You for the 5 Star review, however, on translating your message it seems that you may have the wrong business. We are Nice 'n' Naughty, an independently owned UK company. I am unaware of Naughty4flirt but it is not linked to our stores or online shop which are only based in the UK
Antwoord van Nice 'n' Naughty
Dear Alistair,
thank you for taking the time to do a review on Trustpilot
Firstly, please accept our apologies for what seems to be a faulty item.
As a small UK owned independent business customer service is always our priority. I have checked with our customer care team and we have not had any notification other than this on Trustpilot that there has been a problem with a purchase you made.
We would like you to give us the opportunity to rectify any said problems and offer either a refund or replacement. Please contact customer service directly either by way of email or on live chat and we will ensure this issue is dealt with to the highest level of customer service.
I am sure you can appreciate Trustpilot reviews are very important to small businesses and as we have not had the opportunity to rectify your complaint, I would request that you do a product review rather than a review on our company as seemingly the complaints is the quality of the item which I’ve already taken up with the manufacturer.
Regards
Trish

After visiting in-store
After visiting in-store, for some product advice, I ordered the reccomended product.
The ordering process was very good although I would have appreciated a reminder to use my 10% off voucher (as I forgot to use it).
My item arrived well packaged and in good time and was very discreet.
After spending some time with the product, learning how it works, I have been very disappointed and it is not as described by the person in-store who was extremely confident that it would meet my needs. It did not meet my needs and I am unable to return this pricy item due to its intimate nature and has obviously been used.

Hi Emma
Thank you for your stars and review. I'm sorry you were disappointed by your recent purchase, but can only say the person who helped and advised did so on their personal knowledge of the product.
If you would like to let me know which item it was, I may be able to give some additional help/tips on getting the best out of the product?
Again, thank you for you review, and I hope I can help.
Kindest regards
