Ordered an item in stock, did next day shipping. I emailed them, as I had a hunt coming up and wanted to get it zeroed in before then.(hence why I paid alot extra for the shipping) after emailing them, they said it would be shipped by Friday... The following week I email them, they have non in stock, and they're about 2 weeks behind they're originally send date.. most likely will cancel and never use them again.

tried to cancel an order called several times also e-mailed no response customer service is horrible. they also charge card before shipping so you have less recourse.

Shipping time was great and very fast and order process was easy. The tube in the PVS14 suck. Very disappointed with the actual product

Ordered an optic on a Thursday morning. After not receiving any type of shipping confirmation, I reached out via email to inquire as to the status of the order.

Within a couple of hours, I had a reply stating that shipping would be delayed a week and could I wait that long. Luckily I could but I needed it by a no later than date, which was essentially 2 days before I was to depart for a major match. The company overnighted via FedEx and I was able to get it bore sighted before departure.

I'm thrilled with the service and astounded that they went through with what they claimed. I was hesitant but took a chance on the order which I'm glad now I did.

My last review was inaccurate portrayal of company and customer service. More of a mis communication on my part regarding the issue. Problem solved. Will use them again in the future.
