I had my documents translated to spanish by Dalila. She was excellent as before. I'm very pleased with the service and efficiency.

Dalila was very helpful and informative, replying very quickly to my emails and completing the translations very fast. Would 100% recommend.

I used Emily Pearce to purchase a leasehold flat in the City of London. Along with Rachel Bettles, her paralegal, I could not fault the service of either of them. They were very responsive to all my requests for information, and Emily was dogged in getting satisfactory answers from the vendors of the flat. She explained very well the requirements of the Buildings Safety Act that were put in place after the Grenfell Tower fire. I am aware that a number of solicitors will no longer act on the purchase of flats which are affected by the BSA so it was really helpful to find one who was so knowledgeable and able to deal with things. I would recommend anyone to use Emily if they need a good conveyancing solicitor.
