Scam!! Items turned up smelling of fish and looking nothing like the photos. Tried to arrange return and refund and the refund process does not work. The email provided for customer service is not a legitimate e-mail. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! So disappointed as I spend over £150 😞

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! worst experience ever! the delivery takes ages (like 2 month) the quality of the products is super cheap and if you want to return the products you are stuck with the service memeber (in my case Wendy Chung which keeps asking unnecessary questions to delay the returning of the products. she is writng me since two weeks without handing me over the returning QR code as promissed on their website. its a complete ripp off!!!! DO NOT ORDER .... its a big scam!!!!

Purchased for my bachelorette party and only received today (7 weeks later) AFTER my bachelorette party.

Turnaround time would not have been a problem if website stated out of stock. I asked for a full refund but I was offered to pick another item (which I did) which also turned out to be out of stock!

Then I was offered a $5 coupon to use on my next purchase. (What makes them think I'd ever buy from them again)!

Horrible service, lack of communication via email and site, overpriced for cheap material dress.

So disappointed!

It is definitely a scam. I bought a size S dress and I received a huge one, also it has a very very bad quality. I have been robbed.

Doesn’t list as out of stock when out of stock

I purchased this item for a small wedding ceremony, first I accidentally bought the wrong size as the website defaults to a size rather than allowing you to select it. But this was easily remedied by an email.

However I then waited a month and the item still wasn’t dispatched so I contacted them and was told it was out of stock and I should choose another item.

I chose another dress that was suitable for the ceremony and listed on the website as in stock only to be told after many emails back and forth that they also don’t have that one.

It was suggested I may want a different dress instead and was sent the link to a black dress.

I am now waiting on a refund, hopefully there won’t be a month delay with that.

Nothing like in a picture. Dress arrived, it's way too long and way too big, size small is like uk 10.
With a lot of alterations, would make it look like in the picture. But the quality is not that worth to spend money on.
Delivery was quick enough tho.

Please do not shop this company. I overlooked the reviews because I really wanted the dress they had and sure enough I never received a dress. The "delivery" was a month and a half after I ordered it anyway. They will not refund me for my purchase and blame me for not receiving the dress.

SCAM. Ordered over a month ago, still haven't shipped it. I doubt they will ship if they haven't by now. No response from emailing costumer service. I just want a refund now after seeing other reviews remarking their horrific quality of product. SCAM SCAM

The company are a scam, the pictures are stolen from other websites and i actually found one of the companies they stole a photo from and reported it to them as well. Unfortunately i figured this out after a purchase which i am going to ask my bank to cancel it when it does go through. Even on there social media they have blocked comments so i have reported them on both social media sites as it was an instagram advert that directed me that way.

an absolute scam. I have never experienced a worse site. I ordered a dress a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. I have been in contact with them and have been told I have the wrong postal code. Which was incorrect because I gave my correct postal code. I have asked for a refund and they have not responded since. I am going to wait a few more days to hear back and if I don’t I’ll be spreading the word through TikTok and instagram.
Unless you wanna throw your money down the drain stay away from them!

I ordered this product which took 3 weeks to arrive, when it did come there was a full seam hanging out of the side of the dress along with a really large pull in the material causing the dress to be unwearable. Contacted the customer service team to arrange a refund and was told “new clothes may have small threads, you can try to use scissors to cut them off”. I was then not responded to,

This was the first time I have ordered from this business and it will certainly be my last, the products and the customer service received is completely different to what is sold via their marketing and website. I will be reporting this issue further.

Scam! Please do not use the website.
The dresses are horrible. Then they refuse to provide you an address to get the full refund, will come up with offers and small discounts for you to keep the dresses.
Then they give you an address, you ended up sending the dresses to get the full refund, after sending them 20 emails. And it turns our that it gets stucked in China post office and you ended up loosing all the money for the dresses and what you paid for the package.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

If I could give them zero I would. I ordered 2 dresses, when they came they were awful quality. Looked like a child’s dressing up dress. I asked to return and they just ignored me. Fortunately as I had paid by card the bank refunded the money for me pending investigation. Norabele responded to the bank investigation by threatening me with a bad credit rating, my card being refused and a couple of other nasty comments. I spoke to my bank who have said they will handle it so I don’t have to worry. This is the worst kind of business they are selling cheap rubbish and then trying to intimidate you into not complaining. I’m not sure what else I can say except deal with this company at your peril.

The worst experience ever!! It needs a one star option! Brought two dresses in two different sizes for a wedding, but once it came the dress looked so bad I needed to return it! Such awful quality. THEN I asked to return the dress of which they wouldn’t send the the return address and I had to barter to get a percentage of my return, I finally got to 50% refund and agreed for ease. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t had my return! The reviews on the websites are defo fake! Don’t buy off here!!! Wish I did my research before hand and not lost £80!! Con artists at work!! The worst customer service imaginable!!!!!

Bought two of the same dresses in 2 different colours and received two different sizes for whatever reason. Tried asking for the correct size and they would just not listen and kept offering a low percentage refund instead. Terrible customer service and terrible quality product, won’t purchase from here again especially as the quality feels like there’s human exploitation behind it. Do not recommend it at all - even if the ads look appealing, it’s all marketing and low end products.

I would advise anyone not to order anything there! The purest joke and scam! I ordered something there and a dress arrived damaged. Although they say on their site that they will cover return shipping for damaged merchandise, this is a pure lie! I have had to discuss with them for weeks, even with the threat of a lawyer they do not fulfill their obligations. 65% I only get refunded, the rest not. Although I have received damaged not usable goods.

I have asked for a return. Terrible quality, doesn't look like the picture at all. On their website, they have fake reviews, I tried writing there, but it didn't show up at all.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I ordered three dresses. When they arrived several weeks later they were nothing like the picture and the quality was terrible. Like cheap Halloween costumes. I attempted to return them and played back and forth with costumer service who took anywhere from 3-5 days to respond each time. This went on for a couple weeks. The lady, Wendy Chung, asked me to provide a SKU number for each item even after I provided her with the order number. She then told me if I wanted to return them I’d have to pay the $50-$70 to return them so I might as well keep them or give them away. After I became angry she offered to let me keep them and give me a 20% refund. I told her that was not acceptable. I didn’t want her cheap dresses and I wanted all my money back she offered me a 30% refund. Again, I told her no. She stopped responding at this point. So looks like I’m out $150 dollars and stuck with garbage. Please, do yourself a favor, and don’t order from this company.
