The team did exactly what they said they would, showed up on time, cleaned up, and the installation and product were so good even the contractors doing the rest of the work have all commented on how lovely they were. Amazing service from start to finish. Mark has first class knowledge and passion in this field and the high attention to detail really helped with the end product. Communication, pricing and operational delivery was super clear and professional and Luke was responsive and communicated clearly throughout the process. The fitters were friendly and clean. We have recommended to others and the end product and experience has been great.

Great service from start to finish and can't really fault anything. High quality windows, a competitive quote delivered in a timely manner, great installation team, job started on schedule and stuck to timelines. It was good that our specific requirements were addressed e.g. frosted windows in bathrooms, replacement of dormer PVC windows with wooden, so we felt listened to rather than being dictated to. Other companies quoted based on photos sent to them but Luke visited us, Mark followed up with measurements, and so we felt confident the quote would be adhered to, which it was. Third party references stacked up and we spoke to a couple of them and saw the windows in situ. The installation team were very friendly and worked very hard, even coming on Saturday to finish the job due to a slight delay. Dust and dirt is inevitable when replacing very old Edwardian windows but the team did all they could to minimise disruption. The windows look great and others have commented the same. No hesitation in recommending Luke, Mark and the team.

I was very impressed with the excellent work by North London Box Sash Windows, who replaced two of my sash windows. The team were really helpful throughout the process with quick responses to my queries and the installation team were excellent, all work was done really efficiently. The quality and workmanship of the new windows is of a very high standard and I couldn’t be happier with them.

Mark and his time were brilliant, the quality of the product and the quality of the workmanship were excellent. This is the second time we have used North London Box Sash, this time to replace all the sash windows in our front bay, and they remain an extremely user friendly company.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received from North London Box Sash. The product itself is of high quality. Communication from the team throughout has been clear, helpful, and responsive—particularly that describing what the installation process would entail, and what preparation was needed from us beforehand. The on-site installation team worked incredibly hard, and were both fast-moving and thorough—and very friendly, and accommodating of the family around whom they had to work. I must also comment on how tidy they were. They left the house, and the front garden where the old windows were stored temporarily before collection (also organised by NLBS as part of the service) absolutely spotless—which one can’t always say of works undertaken in one’s house by external contractors! All in all, I cannot recommend North London Box Sash highly enough. We are thrilled with their work. The outcome is everything we hoped for, and more. 👍🏻

Mark and his team replaced 7 very old windows in my Edwardian property with beautiful wooden double glazed sash windows. They also replaced a door leading to the garden in one of the reception rooms with a beautiful French double glazed door. The result is stunning and has transformed my property. Not only does it look beautiful but external noise is reduced and the house is warmer. Mark's team of craftsmen were impressive. They were punctual, friendly and respectful of our home. Their work was of an incredibly high standard and they worked hard and finished within timescale leaving our home clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team.
