Just bought my R18 classic from North Oxford motorad and I can honestly say it was the best dealership experience I have had in years. Great communication and made you feel like nothing was too much. Big thumbs up to Danny.

Bought my bike from North Oxford via phone and video due to living up in the north.
After searching all over the country, then some negotiations a great deal was struck.
The sales guy Clayton was fantastic, talked me through the bike, presented photos, videos and explained the benefits of buying from a BMW dealer.
The deal was not just simply the bike , but also the benefits that come along as a package buying from BMW.
Over a two week period sorry to say but I like to check everything, I took delivery of my bike.
Clayton kept in touch, always called me back, and made me 100% confident.
The bike was delivered by Mike, who again was fantastic, the guy knows his bikes that’s for sure. He explained in such great detail about the bike, spent quite some time on the hand over, and was fascinating. That’s what you call a hand over.
The bike was absolutely beautiful, clean like new really pleased, and I hope buyer of my px thinks the same.

Took my R1250RT in for its annual health check and MOT today. Great friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service from Sebastian at the service centre. Very impressive from start to finish. It's a shame that level of customer service can't be replicated elsewhere.

Brought a new S1000R.
I recently brought a S1000R from Ben at North Oxford BMW, what a experience! From my initial enquiry to the handover the whole team was great. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and really got to work understanding what I needed. The manager Nathan was also brilliant with his knowledge and was able to put together a package that fit my strict requirements. On handover day Ben was away so Josh completed the transaction and he was so professional and was upto speed with everything even though it wasn't his deal.

North Oxford BMW ! Absolute credit to the brand!!

I am wondering why my experience has been so different to the majority here. My bike was recovered to North Oxford BMW Motorrad due to a spill whilst on holiday. I don't live in the area, so everything has been dealt with by BMW Assistance who have been brilliant, and my insurers. The bike was transported back to my home, so I have never visited North Oxford Bikes. The Senior Service Advisor - (North Oxford Bikes are quite happy for his name to appear in positive reviews, but I have been asked to remove it!), has personal excellent reviews on here. For some reason unbeknown to me, I have received anything but what others have received from him. From the very outset, he has failed to return calls as promised by him, he has been unavailable for me to speak to, too many times to be believable and he failed to provide information as promised. In the end, I had to make complaints and have since raised concerns all of which have been treated with indifference by an After Sales Manager who has been copied in to everything. The Senior Service Advisor has quoted and now invoiced me/my insurers £240 for cleaning and examining the bike as part of the full invoice. The accident was a low speed spill on wet mud that covered half of the bike in wet mud. When I received the bike back, there was mud left on the seat, which I spoke to The Senior Service Advisor about on the phone. He claimed that wasn't there when the bike left them, implying that the transport company was responsible. When I pointed out that other parts of the bike were dirty, so he couldn't blame the transport, he stated that the bike had only been cleaned in part, so I was likely to find mud elsewhere. I consider that £240 for cleaning and examination is excessive. An MOT is what, about £30.00 and a basic bike valet £60.00? Given that Bahnstormer clean every bike that enters their workshop for any reason for free, whether it needs it or not, I am disgusted that having charged for cleaning as part of a total £1000.00 bill just for replacing crash bars on one side of the bike, that North Oxford BMW Motorrad returned the bike with any dirt on it at all. - Names of relevant staff removed as it breaches Trustpilot policy. - Funny, North Oxford BMW Motorrad appear to be quite happy when this policy is breached in more favourable reviews! - However, they haven't challenged anything else in my review!

BMW Motorrad North Oxford is not my closest Motorrad dealership, however if it was, because of my below successful experience, I’d certainly use them for both sales and servicing purposes.

My newly purchased R1250 RS (not provided by themselves) developed an unusual electrical engine fault, and it had to be recovered and transported by BMW Roadside Assistance, with North Oxford being the most convenient location.

I dealt solely with Seb from the service department, throughout the 3 days that the bike was in workshop for diagnostic testing etc and I found him to be courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and professional throughout our numerous conversations, where he kept me updated and informed of the latest findings (until I actually met him when picking up the bike); btw the problem was a loose/broken electrical lead/wire, nothing serious.

The dealership itself is modern, spacious, state of the art and well worth a visit even if just to peruse motorcycles and cars for sale, or the building itself.

I would highly recommend BMW Motorrad North Oxford and Seb in particular, in his customer support and service assistance role; I found all the other staff there, not forgetting the two welcoming ladies on the reception desk, just as helpful and pleasant.

What a fantastic sales team, big shout out to Elektra who went above and beyond to help us with all the support and advice we needed and none of the pressure of a sales person for us to make our own decision through out the entire process, She is an absolute fountain of knowledge.

On my way to Eurotunnel for a tour to the Czech Republic and back on a one-week-old BMW motorcycle and with an excited teenage son pillion, (i) the check engine light came on and (ii) my smartphone stopped charging in the Connected Ride cradle. North Oxford Motorrad was almost exactly on my planned route so I turned up hoping that both issues could be attended-to. This was not long before closing time, and without an appointment as both issues had occurred on the road within the prior half an hour.

Seb Robinson took ownership of my request and care of me and my son, and within 45 minutes we were back on our way to enjoy a fantastic holiday.
