Bought a 2023 plate juke had a gearbox fault and returned the car was supposedly fixed and within 48 hours I was stranded at the side of the m1 with the same fault. I want to reject the car but I am being pressured into accepting it back. I am willing to pay more money to get another car as this is a common fault with the jukes. I just keep getting passed around and getting no where it’s very disappointing when you have spent £18000 on a car

Be careful handing over a deposit!

I went to see a one year old Qashqai which was reasonably priced. Had a positive experience with the sales person who took my wife and I on a test drive. We checked the cars details, decided to buy it and put down a deposit. I later found they had made a mistake on the description for the car. It turned out to be in the Luxury car tax bracket, £640 per year, rather than £200. So I cancelled the order. Despite chasing several times to have my deposit refunded, only to be told it had been. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. Holding on to my deposit has completely altered my experience of the dealership and I'm very disappointed in them as a result. Be very careful when handing over a deposit, you may have a fight on your hands to get it back.

Booked my mobility car in for a service. Made it crystal clear to staff that car needed to be back by 2:30 latest as I have to collect my disabled daughter from school , was promised it would be back by 2:30 latest. They collected car and seemed great till it started approaching 2:30 and no word from the garage , I tried messaging and calling and had no reply till 3pm which by then was to late and I had to pay for a taxi to get my daughter. The woman didn’t seem to care to my h and said it won’t happen again in future but I will definitely never be using this garage again. Disgusting to leave a disabled child without the means to get home and then seem so uncaring afterwards. Would have given it 0 stars but made me give 1, if you need your car delivered back by a certain time I would avoid this garage

Come in for my MOT, only to have the most stressful two hours with a member of staff ‘Shannon’ who was very abrupt and lacking knowledge of my intelligent warranty plan, intelligent choice MOT plan and wanted to charge me £180 for a diagnostic test, when my plan already entitles me to £750 of MOT failure repairs. Havi g to argue the fact of what you have is an absolute disgrace!! And when brought to the attention of ‘Shannon’ not even an opology.. just raised her eyes and walked away. The fact that Nissan has been taken over by another company and have not transferred any customer paperwork over is absolutely diabolical. Be aware that you know what you are exactly entitled to because I nearly got lumped with a £250 bill today with no apology!!

We were dealt with again by Laura and also Hannah. Superb experience once again. On initial order we knew exactly what we wanted and phoned up to let them know we were coming over that afternoon, to our pleasant surprise Laura answered the phone and remembered us from 2 years ago. When we went into the showroom we were greeted by Laura and Hannah. Laura was superb once again. Hannah was friendly, polite and a great personal experience. On handover the car was presented in the showroom, which was a nice touch and as a detailer was much appreciated so I could look at it properly. This dealer really is superb. Thanks Hannah and Laura. This Nissan dealership gave me excellent service when I needed help replacing my car written off by a third party I have to say that Berkan moved heaven and earth and came up with a gem of a replacement car for me which was totally suitable for my needs. Well done Berkan and well done Norton Way Nissan.

With thanks to the curse of Friday 13th, I had reason to call Norton Way Nissan, Letchworth this morning. Without hesitation, Ryan from the service department told me to come in within two hours and he would take a look at my car to assess any damage. I am so grateful I didn't have to wait all weekend to find out. Luckily for me it was all good, but thanks to Ryan and his team, I can now relax for the weekend. The service, understanding and care was great. Cant recommend highly enough. THANK YOU!!!

Excellent customer service. Olivia was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient with us and explaining everything in detail. Very quick service went in on the Wednesday and got my car by the Friday which was much appreciated.

I have just had my car serviced today and once again can’t thank Ryan (the service manager) and his team enough for the professional service that they provide.
I have owned several Nissan cars over many years and can quite honestly say that I have never been let down either by the sales or service experience provided by the Letchworth Nissan Garage.
