Good local company
Good local company. Antenna and booster was exactly as expected.
They delivered to the billing address instead of delivery address and I had to arrange collection. They acknowledged their mistake.
Not thrilled to wait almost 2 weeks to get the booster because they delivered to the wrong address.
I would collect from the shop to avoid any possible freak accident in the future - do think it was a freak accident

Great experience getting a new antenna
Happy with the antenna we got. Our internet has been consistently fast and reliable. TV streaming is glitch free.
Sharon was very easy to talk with and explained everything thoroughly. Frank, the technician, came as promised, put up the antenna quickly and made sure that we could get online and that the tv was all set.
Highly recommend!

These guys were great
These guys navigated the technical jargon for me and gave me a simple to install system - 4 years later I messed up the router and they got a replacement to me within 2 days.

Excellent- Contacted Sharon in Novatel looking for…
Contacted Sharon in Novatel looking for advice as my 5 year old router had stopped working. She was extremely patient and helpful while troubleshooting with me and when this proved unsuccessful she suggested I send the router to her so she could investigate further. She did this promptly and contacted me with advice. I would highly recommend Novatel Communications for their excellent customer service which I found to be efficient and friendly
