I have been taking Nu Mind Wellness for a few months now and can already see enormous benefits. The small pouches are super convenient for travelling or taking to work etc. I cannot recommend Nu Mind Wellness enough and can’t wait to continue seeing/feeling the benefits!

Have been using Nu Mind for around 8 months now. There’s not another all in one product out there that supports both the body and the mind. I used to get anxiety on a daily basis and have had reflux due to both anxiety and stress since I can remember. Since I started taking Nu Mind it has drastically gotten better. All supplements in one sachet instead of having 10 bottles of all different kinds of vitamins!! I couldn’t recommend it enough to people of any age!

I’ve been taking NuMind Stress support formula I guess must be getting on a year now. I was so stressed and anxious all the time to the point where I couldn’t leave the house or be with people. I tried this supplement and within days I felt better. I’ve experienced many stressful situations since then of course but I am so much calmer and more ‘zen’ when dealing with issues. Every few weeks I think I’ll be fine without taking them and after a few days of feeling even more vague than normal I start again.
I’m 43 and just recently diagnosed with ADD.

I have been taking Nu Mind supplements for the last 3 months and I cannot tell you how much it has improved my own wellbeing. Not only have I seen daily stress decline over time of taking these supplements, I've also noticed the vast improvement of sleep. The price may seem high at initial glance but I can't tell you how much I've noticed a change in my own lifestyle.

I saw this set of supplements advertised in the Guardian Newspaper and decided to try it. The order was despatched quickly and after less than a week I am feeling the benefit, especially better sleep and feeling less stressed.

Since taking the supplements I feel much more in the moment, like I can feel the smile on my face return.
My head is a lot less busy, normally when I’m at any sort of gathering my inner monologue is really loud but with the supplements I can be more present.
I’ve also noticed my eyebrow hair and beard are thicker.

Love this product! The fact that the supplements addresses physical AND mental wellbeing is great. Also, the convenience of having all the tablets in one sachet means I don't have the hassle of opening and storing different vitamins and remembering to take them! I have had a few stressful weeks at work and taking these supplements have had a noticeable effect on how I approach these situations....a general feeling of calm and feeling better in myself.
