I really love Nurse Renees products, super hydrating and beautiful on my skin! Highly recommend!

Actually loving Nurse Renee! I got a few things; eye patches, lip balms, body balm, mist spray, face oil & body butter.

Love the face oil! I've had no breakouts, and I use it liberally!
Also the lip balm is AMAZING aswell!

I purchased the Kiss My Plum Tinted Peptide Lip Balm because I trusted the brand and its focus on natural ingredients. The marketing gave me confidence that it would be gentle on my lips.

Unfortunately, after using it for about a week, I developed a reaction that felt like it had burnt my lips. I understand that everyone can react differently to skincare and cosmetic products, and I'm not suggesting this will happen to everyone.

What disappointed me most was the customer service. I contacted the team politely to let them know what had happened, hoping they would show some care or offer a gesture of goodwill, such as a refund, store credit, or even a small voucher. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I was simply told there was nothing they could do.

It's disappointing when a company doesn't seem to value customer experience, especially when someone has had an adverse reaction. Based on both my experience with the product and the way my concerns were handled, I won't be purchasing from this brand again.

Absolutely terrible product.

I bought this after watching Renee’s videos claiming it was suitable for sensitive, acne-prone skin. That couldn’t have been further from my experience.

My skin has never looked like this in my life. After using this product, I developed severe congestion, painful cystic acne, and now I’m left dealing with acne scarring. I’ve spent years looking after my skin, and am known for my flawless skin.

What makes this even more concerning is that I’m not the only one. Two of my sisters and friends also experienced major breakouts after using it.

Another thing I found misleading is that one of the main people promoting the product is Renee’s mother. She has much more mature skin, which can respond very differently to skincare than younger, acne-prone skin. Using someone with a completely different skin type as a key example doesn’t give people with sensitive or acne-prone skin a realistic idea of how the product may perform for them.

The marketing paints this product as suitable for sensitive, acne-prone skin, but that was not my experience at all. Consumers deserve honest information and genuine reviews so they can make informed decisions before spending their money.

It’s also disappointing to see critical comments and reviews seemingly disappear from TikTok. Whether comments are removed by the creator, filtered, or moderated by the platform, it creates the impression that negative customer experiences aren’t being shown alongside the positive ones.

Based on my experience, I would never recommend this product. I genuinely wish I’d listened to the negative reviews before buying it

The face mist and serum caused a rather severe injury to my face. I used the product once according to the instructions and it immediately burnt my face, it caused swelling, redness, inflammation, burning and pain. My skin started to peel from my face and I had to seek medical treatment to stop the burning and help the redness and inflammation subside. It has been a month and my skin is still in a really poor condition. My skin was in great condition before using the product. I contacted the business who have been completely unhelpful and unbothered by the poor experience I had. This business advertises their products as safe and suitable for all skin types and on the proviso they have been designed by a registered nurse who has over 7 years experience in the cosmetics industry. This product is dangerous and I worry for others who may experience severe reactions like I have. BUYER BEWARE about these products- there is also NO dispute resolution process/ eg refunds and they do not care that their customers are spending hundreds of dollars on products that are causing severe medical reactions. Not only am I out of pocket from their products that are unusable I am also out of pocket for my medical expenses which arose as a result of using their product. Please be careful!

I'm surprised the claims made regarding this oil. It smells and feels like putting cheap vegetable oil on your face. It clogged up my pores and caused me pimples. I received this as a gift and thank goodness it was a gift because it is not worth paying for this oil. I think it is all smart tiktok marketing and don't rate this oil at all.

Cooking oil at best.
I had high hopes for this oil as its claims were huge.
I tried it on my face and some spots of psoriasis on my arm.
Its heavy and greasy and transfered and stained my top and pillow case.
It actually smells like cooking oil, and took 2 washes to get the residue off my face.
Absolute waste of money.
I also got 2 lip glosses and sad to say i wont even bother with them after using the face oil.

Literally smells like cheap vegetable oil and feels like lathering that on the face. Putting direct virgin olive oil would be more hydrating and provide a better glowing effect, with actual benefits. This is like a Temu version of ingredients put together but charged at a high price. Chemist warehouse has better quality products, from reputable brands, at a cheaper price range AND proven benefits to the skin. It left my skin feeling itchy, didn't hydrate but felt heavy/oily, and ended up blocking my pores causing spots and pimples - I'm so angry as now feel like I need a deep facial just to unclog everything it created. Think all the hype and reviews are fabricated so beware.
