My order was never delivered. They said I could have a full refund but they have never refunded the money. They have ignored my last emails requesting this.

Please, please do not order from this company!!!! Despite ordering and paying for the order in December, I still have not received my order or any response from them!!! Thank goodness it was only a small order
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order with them on 09/10/21 online. The money was taken from my bank very quickly. The guidance in the confirmation email indicated I would receive the product during the first three days of 18/10/21 with a confirmatory email of despatch. To date, no product has arrived, no email communication. I tried telephoning them (from the number on their FB page), this rings out. I have emailed several times. They do not respond. I have left a message via their Twitter account. No response. This company charged me £19 for two cheese including delivery. They have taken money without delivering the product. They are scammers. Please beware!
Having enjoyed the products I initially ordered as a few one offs, I subscribed. They have taken subscription payments three times recently, for which I have received no products for these payments. I have emailed numerous times and tried to contact them via their webpage and have had no response. I therefore cancelled the payment with my bank. What a way to treat a customer loyal enough to subscribe? Not a very good business model. Perhaps they should spend less time whinging that they don’t have enough time and on promoting and award winning and spend more time on customer service - a business won’t survive without any customers no matter how many awards. I am going to take it on the chin because I have found another lovely lady in Bath who always delivers my vegan cheese on time, the cheese is lovely, well cooled and it is delivered by a delivery service. Nutcrafter Creamery can keep the almost £70 they have taken from me - I hope that it keeps them warm at night. I do hope you read this - you need to take a good look at how you treat your customers.
Despite experiencing delivery problems with Nutcrafter in 2017 and against my better judgement, I decided to give them another opportunity just before Christmas 2019 (their product, should you be lucky enough to receive it before it goes off is actually pretty good).
Sadly, as previously experienced, delivery was a disaster arriving 4 days after posting (having spent the weekend in a distribution warehouse) the contents were of course inedible.
I emailed Nutcrafter on the day of delivery (23rd December) requesting a refund and followed up with a further email on 16th January - they have failed respond, just as they failed to respond to an email that I sent to them in 2017.
Had Nutcrafter engaged in correspondence with me, this review could have been avoided.
There are now several Vegan cheese producers in the market place with great products and excellent customer service - Nutcrafter is not one of them.
I ordered a number of cheeses as a gift, they arrived 5 days late rotten and stinking. These things happen but what is unacceptable is that after numerous attempts to contact them Nut Crafter never replied or offered a refund. Terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered some cheeses for a gift as it said it would be a few days to arrive on their website - I emailed 3 times, got no reply and the cheeses turned up over 2 weeks later! I wasn't going to leave a bad review because I thought I might have just caught them at a bad time and I always like to support vegan businesses. I had a look on here though and see I'm not the only one. They give vegan businesses a bad name. There are SO many vegan cheese companies now who care about their customers - I don't imagine this one will last much longer with their ethics. Do they not know that it's much easier to keep a happy customer who will keep spending than to try and get new ones? I could have spent hundreds of pounds with them but I'll never order from them again. My mother in law has already spent hundreds on their cheeses which she buys in her local shop and gives as gifts but now she will never buy them again either. What a silly and un-caring, un-vegan way to do business.
They don't deserve a star!
Ordered in January items not dispatched, didn't reply to emails, luckily paid through paypal so opened a dispute after two weeks.
I then received an unapologetic email from them stating they now wouldn't dispatch my items because I had opened a dispute, I emailed back asking for a refund - that was 2 weeks ago, now waiting for my money back through Paypal,
Awful company - very disappointed and frustrated.
Total nightmare, and that's the most civil, friendly way I can put it. I placed an order almost two months ago, payment was withdrawn, and their order confirmation said that it would be shipped within a few days. After two weeks, and several emails, they got back to me to say they had been busy and it would be shipped that day or the next. Now, nothing. I have sent several emails to follow up and none have been answered. I sent several emails after that asking to cancel the order and have my money refunded, and have received no response at all. At this stage, I can only assume that they have taken payment for a service they are not going to provide, and are also not going to refund my money.
My wife and I made an order for three cheese. However, this parcel was delivered to a neighbour and we collected as soon as we could (around 4 hours later).
Due to the time from delivery to us collecting the two blocks of cheese that were not next to the freeze pack became very flat and soft to touch. We placed them in the fridge straight away but they were still really soft the next day, which isn't the quality we would expect for the price we paid and we were extremely disappointed.
I advised them to add to the packaging some form of communication to advise recipients of the parcels to keep in a chilled place so they know the best place to store the parcels.
The response I got back took over a week and it stated the cheese should be able to be chilled for 48 hours from leaving their facilities but I can tell you they do not. I responded to this and again it took a long period of time to receive a reply (this was over Christmas) but 4 days shy of a month for them to get to this stage.
The final response I received reads like this
"Hi Steven,
Hope this note finds you well. Just to remind you that this month is Veganuary and therefore it won’t slow down well into February. At any rate, we do indeed indicate with a green sticker place on the outer package, that the content is chilled. We also sent you a shipping confirmation on the 4th of December with the intent to alert you that the package was arriving. By law and regulation, perishable packages cannot be return to depot and, in absence of the recipient, t must be left in a safe place or a neighbour. Sometime couriers can be negligent but actually he/she did what he/she was instructed to do under nationwide health and safety regulations. Furthermore, at check out, you were given the option to choose between two shipping methods, Royal Mail 48 hours or overnight courier. You chose Royal Mail but a faster method perhaps it would have given you a faster and accurate delivery, just a conjecture. As much as I sympathise with your dissatisfaction, frankly I do not advise any responsibility nor negligence on our part nor on that of the courier; the product was delivered in time and as instructed. I reiterate the offer I made previously as a sign of good will.

From the above you can see that their customer service skill live up to the same standard as their cheese and all blame is pointed to us for not being in, for not telling our neighbours it was chilled products because it didn't have a sticker on it for not selecting a faster delivery (the two cheese ended up in the bin by the way because we wasn't comfortable eating them in this state). The outer packaging had no sticker saying chilled otherwise I wouldn't have recommended that they add one in the first communication with them.
And as a sign of good will one cheese refund... You guessed it, we're still waiting nearly two months from ordering the original cheese.
I gave them ample amount of time to rectify this issue before I posted a review of my experience but it's beyond a joke now and for all the above reasons I would highly recommend avoiding this cheese company and using an alternative like Tyne chase otherwise you could be let down by the quality and out of pockets too.
