As someone who is skeptical about ordering things online I will say NYWatchStore Top One International is legit and has excellent customer service. I placed an order and realized I made the wrong purchase. I reached out to them and not only did they assist me in fixing the order but they taught me how to measure watch bands! I will be spending more money with them!

The item I was ordering was not in stock and I needed the watch as a gift. Customer service sent me a link to other watches and checked the stock on my selection so it could be delivered in time. I placed the new order, within minutes I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Very helpful. I would order from here again.

They have good customer service. Any question that you may ask they are willing to answer and ensure they meet customer needs while keeping it professional

Had a bad experience with NY watch store. Ordered a Casio on April 26th, never heard back from them, followed up after nearly a month on May 17th and they replied me back on May 19th saying that model is not currently available and if I wanted a refund. What a joke. Never again shopping with them.

James was my representative helping me send back the watchband I originally ordered. I ordered the wrong size and he walked me through the correct measurement and is shipping out the correct size.

Sales were very friendly and extremely helpful. Watch was exactly what was described. Shipping was quick and packaged well. Will definitely do business again.

I was lead to believe if I ordered the wrong size band I could easily exchange. That is proving not to be the case as I am spending more on return shipping than I did for the actual band. I even verbally clarified with a representative on the phone and he stated exchanges are not difficult and give let me know and I will help you find the right size. Shortly there after he told me I would get this review and he would appreciate 5 stars. Right away I was put off, but hoped for the best. However, when I pointed it out to the representative regarding shipping costs I received a reply of, “Yup, sorry about that.” This is a scam. Do not fall victim to this and shop elsewhere! I cannot even believe I am getting maybe a 50cent refund. Disgusting!

It was easy to navigate the website, had the product I was looking for exactly, and the representative that help me with an issue I had, handled it perfectly. Even called me when my card was declined, so that way I could move money over to that account. Would highly recommend this company for any watch need

I made an error in sizing of my watchband when I completed an online order. Once I recognized my error I email and left phone message (after hours). The next day I received a call saying they corrected the order and it was sent with tracking information.

Received my order in time although it was a day after the time stated in the shipping information. Customer service was not available on weekends so I emailed my concern that I had not received my order. I don’t know if it was a coincidence but my order came in in a couple of hours later and they called me first thing Monday to make sure I received the order. I was very pleased with customer service & would recommend this company.
