Having spent a day searching online for a particular version of the Mazda 3, in a particular colour and nearly new, low mileage condition, Oakmere Mazda at Northwich was the only Dealer offering exactly what I wanted within a distance from home that was feasible, (90 miles). I made that phone call, and from the moment I started to speak to the person who answered, I felt I was in safe hands. After a preliminary discussion I arranged with Jan (pronounced Yan) McPherson to travel to the location to see and to test drive the car, which had been well prepared. I was impressed with the car and decided to buy it, provided the deal was acceptable. During all the processes that followed, he was calmly attentive, took as much time as necessary to answer my queries, and could not have been more helpful. In addition, the whole atmosphere of the Dealership's site seemed efficiently run, customer focussed and friendly. I was offered what I considered to be a fair part exchange value on my existing car, taking into account its condition, so the deal went ahead. I returned a few days later to collect the car, which in the meantime had been thoroughly re-checked by the service department. After completing the necessary paperwork - again with Jan - he showed me to the vehicle and made sure that I was completely satisfied, also pointing out various features which I may need to be aware of on the drive home! But the good service didn't stop there. Inevitably, during the first couple of weeks of ownership there were a number of questions I needed to ask about features which were unfamiliar, and on each occasion, Jan gave the same patient care and attention to my needs, as he had before the sale was completed. You might say, "and so he should", but I have had past experiences as a customer of the motor trade where once the sale was complete, their interest in me waned rapidly. It has been refreshing to enjoy this level of customer aftercare.

I've received repeated ILLEGAL spam from this company.
They're using Go Data for their email marketing, and have been scammed into believing they're sending emails to legitimate business contacts.

An extract from the spam:

I'm an individual, I don't live or work anywhere near Northwich, and the address the spam was sent to has never belonged to a company. You ARE wasting my time.

Toyota must be in financial difficulty if they insist on charging £1.20 for 4 miles on the courtesy car. Customer loyalty not important to this dealership, glad to move my business elsewhere

I have had 3 toyotas now from the great guys in Northwich. The pre and post sales support has always been superb. Servicing team has always been extremely helpful and efficient. I would strongly recommend Oakmere in Northwich.
