I’ve been using the Ocushield Blue…
I’ve been using the Ocushield Blue Light Screen Protector for my iPhone because I have some eye sensitivity issues and really appreciate the anti-blue light protection. The product itself has been great and gives me peace of mind during long hours on my phone.
The first time I purchased it, I tried installing it myself and unfortunately ended up with bubbles, which was really disappointing. However, I reached out to Ocushield customer service, and they were incredibly prompt, kind, and helpful. They quickly arranged a replacement for me, which I then took to my nearest Best Buy for professional installation. The second installation went perfectly with no issues at all.
I’m now extremely happy with how my iPhone looks and feels with the Ocushield protector on it. Their customer service truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience, and that level of care really stood out to me.

The customer service was excellent and product is great.
The customer service was excellent. They responded to my email immediately. When the problem was not resolved right away they continued to work with me until it was. They are a great company to do business with and I am very satisfied and can highly recommend them. The shield for my computer has completely illuminated my eye strain.

I will NEVER buy Ocushield again
I ordered 3 screen protectors directly from Ocushield. Two were already opened when I got them and one did not have the peel off plastic but had a tab that left residue on the screen protector. I contacted Ocushield 3 times (twice via email and once via their website) and have gotten ZERO response for a return address. There is no phone number to call. These screen protectors are not cheap and their 100 day “no questions asked” return policy is total BS. I guess I am just out the money. I liked their screen protectors in the past but there are plenty of good ones out there that offer the same protection for cheaper and have actual customer service. I wonder what happened to this company because they feel like frauds to me now. I will NEVER buy from them again.

We want to be transparent, in over 11 years of trading, receiving opened items and then not hearing back after three attempts to contact us is something we have never heard of before, and it is completely out of character for who we are as a brand. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our 100-day warranty, and we stand fully behind both.
What we suspect may have happened here is an error on the part of our packaging partners, which is something we are now urgently investigating. But regardless of how it happened, you reached out three times and heard nothing back, and that is simply not good enough. We own that completely.
We would love the chance to make this right for you, Carol. Our CS team will personally ensure you receive a full resolution, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or both. No runaround, no delays.
You were a loyal customer and you deserved so much better than this. We really hope you'll give us the chance to show you the Ocushield you remember 💙

Efficient customer service for replacement mask
The mask I ordered had a defect that led to it breaking in the microwave when being heated according to the instructions after 5 months. The team at Ocushield were very helpful and sent me a free replacement in the Netherlands (although I had to pay the import duties).

My red light box stopped working after a few days but it was replaced really quickly with absolutely no fuss and the contact I had was always polite and information given accurate. My postage was refunded to my account within minutes of my sending the receipt by email too.

Great Products, Phenomenal Company
This company has great products that are FSA eligible (with Letter of Medical Necessity), and they have absolutely phenomenal customer service. It was super easy to replace my cracked screen via email and they promptly got a replacement out, free-of-charge. They stand by their products and commitment to customer service!

Eye strain and migraines
I bought these glasses to help with eye strain and recurring headaches/migraines. As soon as I put them on, I feel my eyes relax. I haven't used them long enough to give a thorough review, but, so far so good.

Life Changing!
I cannot evangelize about Ocushield (both their products and customer service) loud enough. About a month ago, I began experiencing extreme insomnia and was at a loss as to how to remedy it until a friend suggested I purchase anti-blue light screen protectors for my monitor and laptops. I do medical editing for a living; however, it never dawned on me that the blue light coming from my laptops could be the culprit. Heeding my friend's advice, I made the expressed purchases from Ocushield and now sleep more soundly than a baby. It used to be (nearly) impossible for me to sleep beyond 6 hours each night, but now I can easily clock in 7-8. Life changing. (Note that I've never used that word to describe any product before, but it's warranted here.) I also want to add that Jyoti was a delight to engage with; her responses to my queries were always swift, and she even sent me a screen protector at no charge after I discovered that the one I had ordered was not quite the right size for my Acer laptop.

A brilliant company!
My husband and I both have Ocushield screen protectors which we are very pleased with. The screens are crisp and clear and we feel they do reduce eye strain and I certainly go to sleep more easily. Their customer service is second to none. When I contacted them about the slight problem I had fitting one, the help I received was instant and friendly and they even sent me a replacement in case I was not absolutely happy with the first one. They really care about their customers and their product. I thoroughly recommend both the company and the screen protectors. Thank you! "

Ocushield screen protectors work
Ocushield screen protectors work. They reduce strain on my eyes and do a good job blocking bluelight from the backlit LED screens on devices. I notice considerably less strain on my eyes in the evening from using my laptop with the Ocushield screen protector. Similar with my iPhone and iPad protectors. On top of this, Ocushield was world-class customer service

Brought blue light blocking glasses for myself for watching tv at nighttime. They are comfortable and make a difference - no eye strain. I purchased a screen for my iPad
I purchased a screen for my iPad. It arrived quickly. However, after applying the screen I found that it affected the touchscreen sensitivity. After contacting Occushield, they offered to replace the screen at no charge. The second one is working great. Their follow-up is excellent. Took one star off because I was charged shipping on the replacement. Not a big deal.
