We recently had an office/garden room installed by Oeco, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From the initial enquiry through to completion, the customer service was excellent. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions, keeping us informed throughout the entire process.
The quality of construction is outstanding and has exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail, workmanship, and finish are exceptional, creating a space that feels more like an extension of our home than a garden building. The materials used are clearly of a very high standard, and the room is solid, well insulated, and beautifully finished both inside and out.
The installation was carried out by a single member of the Oeco team, whose skill, professionalism, and dedication were evident from start to finish. He worked efficiently, took great pride in his work, and paid close attention to every detail, ensuring the finished product was of the highest quality. He also kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the build and was always courteous and approachable. We are absolutely delighted with our new office space and would highly recommend Oeco to anyone looking for a high-quality garden room backed by excellent customer service and outstanding craftsmanship. A fantastic investment that we will enjoy for many years to come.

It took three visits to get the room habitable, the initial build had faults which were mostly corrected.

The door is faulty, I was told that I had to correct it myself, but upon employing a local expert I found out that one of the hinges is faulty and the door itself was mis-aligned and the top is bowed.

And now two of the three lights fitted do not work !!

We've had our garden room for several months now and coming into the colder weather it is an absolute pleasure to have such a well built and insulated space. Apart from the quality of the build, what sets this company apart is the way they involved us during the build to make something truly bespoke. We unwittingly bought an awkward internal door and the team made it fit without a complaint, in fact with a cheerful can-do attitude! There was a real sense from all the staff that they were there to help. We couldn't recommend Oeco more highly.

In 2012 we had a garden room built by OECO. It looked great - exactly as advertised. The quality has stood the test of time and the one problem we have had has been addressed under the company's 10-year guarantee. The panelling around the veranda showed signs of rot a year or two ago due to being in contact with the ground, so we reported this in September 2020 and received a prompt reply promising remedial action. Due to COVID this could not happen immediately and as soon as measures started to get relaxed we chased OECO up for a progress report. Shortly afterwards we were contacted by a technician who arrange a date and time to visit. Gabriel Stefan duly arrived after a 300-mile drive north and within 2 hours had cheerfully replaced all the affected panelling, ensuring there was an air gap left between the bottom of the panels and the ground. I could hardly have wished for better after-sales service.

Terrible experience. The initial build was ok, and the office looked great. But the foundations were not dug deeply enough, so our beautiful looking garden office slowly sinks and twists deeper into the ground. The door no longer close. The floor slopes. We've been in discussion with oeco for almost 4 years about fixing it. Initially they agreed (just kept delaying), and finally refused.

What they delivered was totally not fit for purpose.
