Best concealer I have tried. I am in my 50s so I want lasting coverage that will not end up lookng all textured and cakey. This does the job.

Customer Service is overly poor. Mtiple emails for followup has been sent in last 90 days, not a single response received! No working phone number to dial.
7/5 still no email even if you replied saying support team will reach out. Nothing in spam nor in junk!

Ho fatto un acquisito ma mi è arrivato il prodotto sbagliato ho mandato subito la foto al customer care che mi ha risposto subito che avrebbero verificato che prodotto era stato spedito ed eventualmente mandato il corretto e sono scomparsi. Non si possono fare resi internazionali. Esperienza pessima. I prodotti sono anche molto costosi vorrei riavere i soldi riguardati quel prodotto e basta. Il fondotinta arrivato è giusto ma molto secco.

Exactly as advertised...their system is perfect for mature woman. As I have aged, I find it difficult to put on makeup properly and the OGEE system makes it so easy to look natural and healthy with just the right amount of color.

I would give them a zero if possible
I would give them a zero if possible. I was looking forward to trying their products for the first time. I placed an order for lip tint. It arrived broken and damaged. You could tell it wasn’t due to shipping. It was obvious it had been twisted up and the cap put back on. It was broken off inside the cap. At this point I have been trying to contact them for a week. I have tried to call, you are given instructions to email them. I have emailed them 3 times and tried to live chat with no response. I definitely did not expect this from a company with products that expensive to ignore problems.

Worse experience
The order took an extremely longer than stated delivery timeframe and the products (lip) were all damaged: melted, smelt horrible. Very disappointing.

Total mess
I love the makeup, but the paint on the tubes started flaking off and getting over everything. It covered everything in my makeup bag, and I would find little white flakes on my face embedded in my makeup. It was a huge mess and I finally had to throw them away.

We always recommend storing products separately and keeping them clean and dry to help preserve the packaging quality. Misleading pricing and poor customer service
Misleading pricing and poor communication: I contacted customer service regarding a price jump when switching from USD to AUD. I was told the increase was to cover shipping to Australia. However, at checkout, a separate $41 delivery fee was added anyway—despite the site advertising "free delivery." When I pointed out that I was essentially being charged for shipping twice, the team completely stopped responding. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency and the sudden "ghosting" when asked for clarification.
