I just received my order today all the way to Denmark, it arrived much sooner than I expected; The data protection waist bag. I love it so much, really cool ! The packaging was a treat in itself. I will soon order more definitely. I love the concept and I love the style. Very original like m.i.a. ;)

!! To other buyers: Be aware that many of the bad reviews are meant for another company with a name very close to Ohmni called Ohmmi, people have targeted the wrong company.
One can't help to think if there are forces out there who wants to blemish this name on purpose.

I ordered a chargeable vacuum and not received it or had any confirmation by email miss D Gill

I purchased two items from this retailer, one which was in perfect condition and the other was defective. Both items were purchased on 01/02/2025 it is now 25/04/2025 and they still failed to refund me for their defective item.

I first emailed them on 24/02/2025 to advise them of stitching that had come lose creating a hole in the item, this item cost me £200 so I expected the quality to be at a better standard. I requested a return address so I could have a full refund. Ohmni customer services emailed me on the 25/04/2025 stating “It looks as though the stitching has come loose causing the elastic adjuster to slip through. We apologise for this defect.

We would like to offer you a partial 10% refund so that you may get this fixed (a tailor will be able to easily stitch this up).

Alternatively we can arrange an exchange which will take roughly 10-20 days to receive and re-send the poncho”

I declined their offer as the item was for a specific event which had passed and I had to purchase an alternative poncho as a replacement which I stated in my email back to them on the 26/02/2025.

On the 09/03/2025 I emailed them again requesting a return address and a full refund as they failed to respond to my previous email dated the 26/02/2025.

They finally responded on the 17/03/2025 with a return address

It cost me £30 to return it to LA tracked and signed for because of the value of the item which I took a screen shot of and emailed on the 31/03/2025 to them as proof of return, as well as requesting an update on my refund.

Still no response, so I emailed them again on the 21/04/2025 with screen shots of the tracking updates on the Royal Mail app as that’s what I paid for and it said that delivery was attempted and postal info was left to re-arrange delivery, at this point I have done everything I possibly can in order to obtain my refund but have not received any further correspondence from Ohmni.

Due this poor service I will NEVER purchase another item from them and would warn anyone who reads this not to either unless you want to go through all the hassle and inconvenience I have.

Poor service = poor brand.

TRUST PILOT, you get a POOR rating. I'm looking for OHMMI. that is what I searched for, but the top result is OHMNI on TRUST PILOT. no wonder they are getting so many poor results.
TRUST PILOT why will you not give me the results for OHMMI that I searched for. OHMMI charged my credit card. I tried to add it but your system did not allow me to. PLEASE FIX THIS SO YOU DON'T DESTROY THE TRUST OF OHMNI.

I feel sorry for this genuine company. I purchased an item on what I thought was a Lidl website only to be told that the transaction failed. Of course a debit was made to my card by OHMMI note the double MM not MN and a further two unauthorised debits were attempted by another company.
My advice is check the spelling before leaving a poor review of this company

I ordered 2 flat screen televisions from what I thought was COSCO WHOLESALE,however the transaction was taking so long I became suspicious, and tried to stop it. I contacted my bank fraud division and they told me it was OHMMI in Singapore. They froze my account immediately. I was so lucky to trust my instincts. So far nothing has come out my account

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I ordered (what I thought) was yarn from JOANN Fabric.com. OHMMI used JoAnn's website to advertise merchandise that I stupidly ordered from the website. OHMMI has since used my debt card and taken $902.00 from my checking account!!!!!!! Don't order from these people!

If I could give zero stars I would. Because that's all I got. Zero. Nothing. Ordered a dresser on a site that I thought was Wayfair. Nope these scammers at Ohmni must have used AI to fish me. Cause I never got item and finally has my CC review the transaction. Luckily I got my money back. Don't fall for them.

I WAS SCAMMED THINKING I WAS ORDERING FROM LLBEAN! I WANT MY ORDER CANCELLED TODAY! MY BANK CALLED AS SOON AS I PLACED THE ORDER AND I DIDN'T RECONIZE THE NAME WHEN THEY SAID OHMNI! SO DO NOT SEND THE ORDER I AM GOING TO THE BANK IN THE MORNING TO DISPUTE THE ORDER SO ONE WAY OR THE OTHER I WILL GET THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT! IT IS SO WRONG TO USE A GOOD COMPANIES NAME TO GET SOMEONE TO ORDER! AGAIN CANCELLE THE ORDER AND CREDIT MY VISA CARD! Either way I will get the money off my VISA!

I placed Order #4067 on Thursday, January 30th, which includes the Ohm Protection Sports Top (Silver Stitch), Ohm Protection Leggings, and a Tin Foil Hat, for a total of $550 USD, shipping to Hong Kong. As of today, Tuesday, February 4th, I have not yet received any shipping confirmation, and more than 48 hours have passed since I placed my order.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered 2 months ago and once the parcel reached the delivery Country was sent back to sender and they have been absolutely useless in helping. Now still waiting to get refunded but they will probably wait another 2 months. Never order from them!

Sara from OHMNI is a lifesaver. They didn't deliver to my home city but they managed to time the delivery whilst I was on holiday, I received my items on time and with a lovely personal message from Sara. I tested my poncho and my big bag and they both blocked signals.

My doctor recommended this brand which was so shocking, she is a 55 year old lady and told me to get some items to help with my journey to become a mom.

She knew about anti radiation clothing because she gave birth in Japan and the doctor there suggested for her to wear a stomach cover to protect from radiation.

I chose to try to long dress which is great for my walks and I dress it up in the evenings too, constantly getting compliments.

If you are trying for a baby, America won't tell you this but protect yourself with radiation.

I ordered 4 items from this brand and every single one is great. I preordered everything and had to wait for 4 weeks which was a downer. But once I got everything, I can't stop wearing it and get compliments at my college. Thank you to a brand to think more than just fashion. Lilian

I purchased these products based on a recommendation from Jack on Twitter, but my experience has been very disappointing.

Firstly, the lack of PayPal as a payment option was concerning, but I decided to proceed due to the celebrity endorsement.

The items arrived from China in a cheap plastic bag. Upon testing, the products did not work as advertised. For instance, I tested the claimed signal-blocking feature by creating a Faraday cage with a pair of boxers and my phone, but there was no signal blockage. In my experience, these clothes are ineffective.

When I attempted to return the items, customer service denied my request. Despite informing them of my rights to a return, they refused. Additionally, when I asked for their location, they responded that they were not obligated to disclose this information and refused to provide any details.

It appears that the company is based in Abu Dhabi. Their refusal to comply with standard consumer protection practices raises serious concerns about their business practices.

Consumers should be cautious when dealing with this company due to their lack of transparency and unresponsive customer service.

Not sure if this works, tried putting my phone in the hat and call it - call went through, Bluetooth also working with it connected to my car, Wifi also working - so really... what is this fabric claiming to block? My head feels fine with it and without it.. Is this a marketing gimmick? Also the build looks pretty ordinary and nothing really premium about it

Total scam - do not buy! 50$ for a phone case which blocks out absolutely no signal whatsoever - and coming apart at the seams which is a total joke. Bluetooth, wifi, and 4g are all totally full from within the case. DON"T DO IT

Update - i received a refund from the customer service. And will order a proper anti-signal case from an established brand which friends have tested and approved of. do your research!

I purchased the OHMNI Silver Durag, expecting a high-quality, functional product given its premium price. The company claimed it blocks 99.999% of EMFs, but after testing it with my phone, it didn't work as advertised.
If we want to be specific, the claims are -50dB decrease on EMF signals.
Their labels advertised between 50 and 75 dB decrease on EMF. Some of their products are even shown in advertisements completely blocking phone signals, which clearly wasn’t the case with my durag.

When I contacted customer service, they clarified that the durag is not a Faraday cage, despite the misleading EMF protection claims. They also dismissed the uneven laces as part of their handmade process.

I decided to try a more scientific experiment and I used an app to track the signal strength. Using this durag as envelope for the phone decreased 10 dB the signal strength which is very far for the -50 they claim. Therefore, I requested a refund, as I was within my rights to return the item within 14 days, but was told that all sales are final—despite EU consumer laws clearly allowing a return window.

The company refused to provide a return form or acknowledge my consumer rights, and when I mentioned escalating the issue to consumer protection organizations, they remained uncooperative.

I expected much more from a brand that claims to sell high-end, handmade products. This has been a disappointing experience from start to finish, and I will be pursuing this further if necessary.

Would not recommend!
