Moving house is stressful enough so choosing the right solicitors is vital. Lisa was amazing and with the help of Jack and Danielle our house sale and purchase went through like a dream. This was the 2nd property sale that Oliver & Co. have handled for me.
It was a very long and protracted sale, the buyer had many issues with his various "lenders", it took 15 months from start to finishing yesterday, but Tay Whelan really did a fantastic job to keep me engaged.
Tay communicated promptly and effectively, managing my expectations at every stage and offered very good advice throughout.
