I applied only because it said I was approved!!!!!! Then they denied me which was a shock and dropped my credit score! I NEVER would have applied!!! I have been in good standing with Merrick....I think this is a poor quality on your account! I will tell people not to apply to you Ever! I work so hard to keep my credit where it is and you TRICKED me!!! I have applied to cards with NO affect on my credit score if I was denied! This is lousy...thank you for being under

Do not transfer your balances!
I tried to transfer a balance to get zero interest for 9 months. The balance never transferred to the other card! I had to wait 30 days to cancel the transaction & it’s still not cancelled - now I have to wait 7 days to see if Ollo’s bank wants to cancel. In the meantime an extra $1850 in debt + $74 in fees is on my credit…. Customer service was rude, this whole experience was a nightmare. No recommendations from me!
