Olshan now uses an AI to answer phones that cannot do Live transfers and I have tried for over 2 weeks by phone and email to get an appt scheduled for possible warranty work as we have had them pier our house twice and it is sagging in the same corner. Extremely frustrated and due to this would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. All you get is to leave a message and never get a return call. How they are able to stay in business with this customer service is beyond my comprehension.

Martin Rigoberto Aguirre Samuel Ramirez Gorge Mateo Gerardo Lurita Daniel Bello all worked quickly and efficiently. The steps of my front porch look much better. My driveway is lifted too. I didn't realize the fill under the porch would have a yellowish tint but Martin made suggestions for covering it. Melissa was very knowledgeable and she gave us a competitive estimate on the work.

Their determination, work ethic, and expertise were truly impressive. They continued working diligently through the intense heat to ensure the job was completed correctly and on schedule.
The crew worked tirelessly, digging deep holes and utilizing professional-grade equipment, including skid steers, jackhammers, patented piling systems, and high-quality concrete materials. Their knowledge, precision, and craftsmanship were evident throughout every phase of the project.
These men are true professionals and, in my opinion, heroes and champions in their field. They worked unselfishly, safely, and with a level of dedication that is difficult to find today.
Jeremy's leadership was exceptional. He is highly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely cares about both his crew and his customers. After the work was completed, Jeremy personally conducted an additional inspection to ensure everything met quality standards and that we were completely satisfied with the results.
The crew also took great care to clean the entire work site before leaving. They cleaned the yard thoroughly and left everything neat and orderly, which we greatly appreciated.

What made my experience great was the knowledge and professionalism of Marcos. He took the time and talked with our family explaining how and what was required regarding the foundation. He then provided a drawing of the area. He was pushy calling or texting every day. The best part was we hired an independent engineer and the drawings were spot on, Olshan wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need.

John, the service rep was so kind, personable, explained everything thoroughly and professional! Prompt as well! Very happy with the whole experience with Olshan.

My experience with Olshan was great. Jason was my sales representative and he did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done to fix our drainage problems in our side yard. Shawn was my onsite manager, he was great to work with, good communications. The crew Mike , Joey, Tay and Jose are hard workers. Mike didn’t hesitate to ask me questions. I would highly recommend this company for your needs.

Olshan will call, text, and email you to schedule an appointment. Then, you take off of work to accommodate the walk through / site visit, and nobody shows up.

You won’t hear back from Olshan. All of that correspondence in the beginning magically disappears. Incredibly amateur hour and unprofessional. Waste of time.
