The agent was on time to the minute. He listened to my explanation a d asked incisive questions. He took time to explain the elements that would affect their solution. He was straight-forward, knowledgeable, helpful, creative, and thorough. His step-wise approach to a solution for .y yard flooding was incisive and thoughtout.he was friendly and considerate. Took his time and wanted to help us and work with us.

Timely, very thorough, very professional. Les was able to provide me with a bud on the spot. Sent me the report with pictures and a detailed layout for the work to be completed.

I have done this review once already. In February a very nice Olshan representative came out as I was worried about the change in my the appearance of my tile and a faint odor...musty. The representative inspected everything closely and like myself, could not find moisture anywhere. Then we had two violent storms come through, the first dumping six inches of rain in 30 minutes or so. A wall downstairs where the floor meets it, started having water pour out under it. After living here 20+ years we were stunned. Before we could do more than clean it all up another storm came through leaving 8 inches, five of that in two hours. Again, another flood in the same place so we called Olshan back and another representative came out. This time the water damage was apparent. Insulation soaked, floor sealer washed off and mold odor was strong. We received a proposal on the spot for very major repairs. Everything was done professionally and with kindness. The empathy did help the shock of it all. Great people and a great company, so professional.

Want to start off saying I have contacted Olshan Foundation. They installed a sump pump working great. With conditions from a side pumping into that atmosphere in the yard. That they had worked with me correct the issue promptly extending the discharge. Happy customer thank you

I met with Marcos Rivera to discuss problems with my patio and driveway. I was interested in their new system for lifting those two area. Marcos was so easy to understand, even though it's a technical situation. He mapped everything out on his notepad and explained the whole procedure. He also made recommendations for more water control around my property. Marcos is definitely an asset to your company.

I learned a lot. But he did not tell me that they would have to dig up the floor or if he did I sure don’t remember that , but they were very professional hard-working and I would definitely tell people to use your services.

I was extremely impressed with the time and effort the Olshan representative, Larry Crockett, invested in analyzing my drainage issue. He even consulted by phone with one of Olshan’s project managers. I have confidence that Olshan knows what they're doing.

The tech was polite, helpful, and did not rush me. He seemed to care about my home's needs. That was great. The person on the phone seemed disoriented when I was setting the appointment. I was placed on hold for a long time, and 3 people came on and asked to help me. Olshan should improve their phone service when customers call in.
