Recently purchased some AWWA products from onceit no size guides were provided so I got the sizes that I usually fit but they ran way too big so I wasted my money, contacted them to see if I could write a review and just say to size down and they didn't have the option and just thanked me for my feedback without trying to rectify anything

I’ve had a consistently positive experience shopping with Onceit. The website offers a great selection of products at competitive prices, and the ordering process is smooth and straightforward. What impressed me most is their customer service — the team is responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. Even when I encountered a return situation, they handled it professionally and showed real care for the customer experience. I highly recommend Onceit and will definitely continue shopping with them in the future.

My diffusers were labeled as dangerous goods yet Onecit sent them to a PO Box. NZ Post advised that Onecit should know better as dangerous goods cannot be accepted. It has taken me over a week or so to sort this only with the success from the person I dealt with yesterday. The rep from the week before never same back to me as promised.

Purchased some Birkenstocks in time to take on an overseas trip. Received the wrong style. On phoning was told that they don't have the style I ordered in stock. I gave them 1 star because they answered the phone, and the shoes arrived quickly, even though they were incorrect.

I received the incorrect item. I took photos and emailed Customer Service. They replied promptly and are going to send the correct item to me. Great service!

Fast to respond to communications and to resolve any issues professionally. They stand behind the quality of their offerings and provide excellent customer service.

Fantastic selection of products and awesome customer service. I purchased a duvet set which was accidentally sent in the wrong size (human error happens and that’s okay!) - the customer service was incredible - they straight away sent me a brand new duvet set in the correct size, free of charge, and it arrived the next day (they have incredibly fast delivery).

Stoked with this level of care and service.

This is the second year in a row that I’ve visited my parents and experienced the same issue. On both occasions, it has taken over a week for my items to even be shipped. As a result, I once again won’t receive my package in time.

Despite reaching out, I’ve had zero communication from their side. the package was due to travel from Auckland to the South Island and sat at the facility for eight days before even leaving.

I received my order, but unfortunately it was incorrect. Onceit acted super quickly and had my correct items sent to of with a short time!

Excellent service. Speedy delivery, north island to south island. Definitely recommend without hesitation.

First purchase with Onecit, order received was different to advertised (skirt length), but wow what fabulous after service by Onecit, they quickly, professionally and generously helped me out. I will definitely buy through them again, exceptional service, thank you Onecit 👍👍👍👍👍

I do love to shop on Onceit - always getting what I thought I would be receiving AKA not a let down! This Christmas they have been so kind, I ordered products for a child in a local Shoebox Christmas Appeal. Unfortunately, as shipping goes & out of their control, the items I ordered were going to end up arriving too late vs the date when I needed to drop off the goods. I approached with my dilemma and they kindly refunded me in full & also gave me $5credit to my account (which was not asked for!). Fantastic customer service, and lovely staff.

They are selling knock off copies of brands, horrible quality. Products domestic to your distribution centre are legitimate but others are not.

Sizing is very misleading and so is their returns policy, after the order is made they will mark pieces as final sale to block the possibility of returns.

Very deceptive sales practices.

Brought 2x of an item. When they arrived I was ripped off and sent totally different thing. I emailed them and they told me they had mucked up on there and with photos etc. They refunded my money and let me “keep what I didn’t order”. So disappointing…. Wasn’t my fault they mucked up the photos or whatever they are claiming… whatever happened to honouring a purchase? So disappointing from Onceit.

I brought 2 pairs of sneakers and 1 of the pairs did not match the photo. After email to Onceit they found out wrong photo was uploaded so was offered either keep shoes and get part refund or send back for full refund. I choose full refund and I was told how to return, item was picked up the next day and then email that return how to arrive back and refund was sort that day. Was all sorted in just a couple of days.

Encountered an issue with one of purchased items not arriving. Quick phone call and issue was sorted immediately.

This sight is amazing have been shopping there now about 5yrs...clothes shoes makeup gifts etc etc.. Vast array of product and my go to 100%. I have picked up items at super cheap prices and in my experience 99.9% refundable and they are prompt.... I have always had queries answered in a day or so if not same day... Just finished a big shop plus returned some ITEMS a week ago and today received my refund notification.... Thanks guys for an amazing job..

Georgia who I was dealing with through email. She was friendly, prompt with her responses and gave a wonderful solution to my issue with the product I received. She defintely deserves some credit for her amazing customer service skills I would be proud to have an employee like her.
