Absolutely incredible, got it for my birthday and I am delighted. These tunes really are enchanting and they sound even better in reality. The music boxes and the mélodies are exactly like shown on their YouTube Channel. I come from France so I was a bit anxious regarding the delivery, but everything turned out perfect. Don’t hesitate purchasing one, it’s both beautiful musically and esthetically and totally worth its price! ❤️

The music box I ordered was exactly as I expected it to be, customer service was outstanding and the shipping very fast, considering it was international. Would definitely recommend.

Llevaba mucho tiempo buscando una cajita de música personalizada, pero no encontraba lo que quería hasta que di con esta empresa. Servicio, envío y producto perfectos. La caja ha tardado unos 14 días en llegar desde China a España y es perfecta! Es cómo la pedí y el mecanismo y el sonido están perfectos. Además fue bastante barata, 44€ (caja, grabado y envío). Estoy muy contenta y seguramente volveré a comprar.

WOW I am in love with my music box!!! I ordered a custom one and working with the shop was so easy. They are great at communication and went out of their way to make sure that the box was exactly how I wanted it. The process was easy and they worked with me to get the design for the art & the tune to be exactly how I wanted. The final product is absolutely gorgeous. The price is very fair too, for such customization. Once all the designs were finalized, the turnaround time for the box was very quick! I am so excited to have found this shop - if you are looking for a totally customized music box, look no further.

Found on the internet while searching for a music box with music of BTS. Ordered two music boxes, it took a little less than a month before they arrived in the Netherlands. They are very well made, they look and sound amazing and they are packed in little carton boxes with a cute print. This shop is legit and definitely will order here again!

saw them on instagram and purchased three of their music boxes over the span of two years. great delivery and the boxes are lovely! i also love the little pictures of studio ghibli they give on the side, it's super cute!

Received my music box pretty fast, looks pretty nice but the melody's much shorter than expected.

Bought my item and shipped to Malaysia within 5 days. Arrival time way earlier than expected, item arrived within 5 days was including weekends. Quality is superb, engraving was well done as per the image sent.

Customer service is amazing. Replies quickly on both email and Facebook messenger. They were very accommodating as well towards demands.

The bad reviews were probably during peak COVID19 time, hence why there were delays. Order with confidence!

I had a really good experience with this company! I bought a music box and I paid for the wood engraving service. The operator was very nice and suggested me which kind of image could best fit on the box. The item arrived earlier than expected in perfect conditions and it plays the music clearly, without any strange rumor. I really suggest to anyone who is interested in this kind of products to buy from this company!
